More Ways To Earn Tickets

People can earn tickets for the raffle by joining City Tattersalls Club as a Gold Member, renewing their Gold Membership, or upgrading to Gold Membership. One ticket will be given for 1 Year Gold Memberships, three tickets for 5 Year Gold Memberships, ten tickets for Perpetual Gold Memberships and twenty tickets for the Perpetual Extra Gold Memberships.

Members who have joined, renewed, or upgraded to Gold Membership since the renewal period began on 1st October 2022 will receive the bonus tickets.

Members will also be given one ticket for every $100 (cumulative) spent on food and beverage in one calendar day at any City Tattersalls Club venue.

Drive Into 2023 In A New Lexus will be conducted by City Tattersalls Club (ABN: 44 004 054 353 23)
of 194-204 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. The benefiting organisation is City Tattersalls Club, a not-forprofit organisation.
3 Permit Number

4 Promotional Period
The promotion starts at 9.00am AEDT on Wednesday, 9
th November 2022.
The promotion closes at 5.00pm AEDT on Thursday, 17
th February 2023. No entries will be accepted
after this time. Entries can be purchased at the promotional website up until the close of the
promotion.
Entries earned and bonus tickets as outlined in clause 6, will close at 12.00pm AEDT on Tuesday 14th
February 2023. No entries earned or bonus tickets as outlined in clause 6, will be accepted after this
time.

6 Maximum Number of Tickets

7 Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may earn or receive bonus tickets until 12.00pm AEDT on Tuesday
14th of February 2023.
Participants can purchase as many tickets as they like while the raffle remains open and tickets are
available.
8 Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of NSW aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the raffle.
Directors, management, employees, contactors (or members of their immediate family) of the City
Tattersalls Club and related entities, including any of the Promoterís agents and including RaffleTix,
directly involved in the organisation of the raffle (as determined by the Promoter) are not eligible to
enter.
9 Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, participants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being
awarded a prize.
10 Draw Details
Draw will take place at 5.00pm AEDT on Friday, 17
th February 2023 at 199 Castlereagh St, Sydney
NSW 2000.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be
conducted by City Tattersalls Club, the promoter of the raffle.
Draw method: An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first, followed by all
other prizes in descending order.
City Tattersalls Club reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this Promotion if
there are any changes to the law which would render the Promotion or any prizes offered under the
Promotion unlawful
Decisions of the Management of City Tattersalls Club are final. No correspondence will be entered
into

To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision
or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, City Tattersalls Club reserves
the right to make a decision regarding such a situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and
such a decision will be final and binding
11 Prize Details
First Prize: A Car, Lexus UX200 $53,205 (including on road costs)

Fourth Prize $1000 in Cash
Fifth Prize $750 in Club Credit

Tenth Prize $250 in Cash
Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date of the raffle. All costs, fees, charges or
expenses associated with the prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the winner(s).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not
available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the promoterís
absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.
12 Total Prize Pool

13 Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within five (5) business days of being drawn on
Friday, 17th February 2023. Prize winnersí names will be published on the raffle website and the City
Tattersalls Club website and Facebook page.
14 Prize Claim Date
Winners have twelve (12) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.

If you are a winner, you are responsible for your use of the prize, including complying with all
relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
15 Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the prize claim date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the entry
restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that
prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
16 Additional Terms Ė Privacy
The promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing
communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the promoter and its
authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer
wish to receive this information by contacting the Promoterís Privacy Officer at
privacy@citytatts.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to
send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by
the entrant.
