Waves of Cash Terms & Conditions The Waves of Cash promotion will commence at 10am on Monday 30th January 2023 and conclude on Sunday 26th February 2023 at approximately 5.30pm. Hervey Bay Boat Club members will earn one (1) entry ticket during the promotion with every $20 play (turnover) on the gaming machines with their membership card inserted or with every $20 spend on food or beverage, (where card services are available and members card is swiped) at Hervey Bay Boat Club from 10am, Monday 30th January 2023. $20 play (turnover) entries exclude participation in TAB, Keno, Bingo, Trivia and Raffles. $20 spend on food or beverage entries exclude purchases from Boat Club Adventure Cruises, the Caravan Park, Marloo Cinema movie tickets and Boat Club fuel. Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotional times when they meet the entry criteria. Members must validate their entries at least two (2) hours prior to draws by using their membership card to carry out one (1) of the following: swipe at the kiosk, insert into a gaming machine during gaming play or swipe when purchasing food or beverage. All promotions are conducted using the Odyssey E-Draw system, no paper tickets will be issued. Members must be present on the draw days and times to win. Members selected from the electronic draw system have two (2) minutes to claim their prize from the specified draw area. If the selected winner does not present themselves to the promotion host within the two (2) minutes of being announced, they forfeit their claim to the prize and a redraw will be conducted to select another winner. It is the responsibility of eligible members to position themselves within the Hervey Bay Boat Club where they can hear the public-address announcements. Members must present their membership card to the promotion host. Additional proof of identity may be requested at the discretion of management. On the Sunday 5th February, Sunday 12th February and Sunday 19th February, one (1) member will be selected at each draw time to receive a fixed cash prize as per the following: 2.30pm - $125 cash 3.00pm - $150 cash 3.30pm - $200 cash 4.00pm - $250 cash 4.30pm - $400 cash 5.00pm - $500 cash On the Sunday 26th February, one (1) member will be selected at each draw time to receive a fixed cash prize as per the following: 2.30pm - $125 cash 3.00pm - $150 cash 3.30pm - $200 cash 4.00pm - $250 cash 4.30pm - $400 cash 5.00pm - $500 cash 5.30pm - $1,000 cash Members can win a maximum of one (1) time each draw day of the promotion. If the chosen member is not present, a re-draw will occur until a winner is found. Management may elect to offer bonus entries into the promotion or bonus entry periods at their discretion. The total promotional prize pool is $7,500 cash. |
