This promotion commences Monday 3rd October 2022 (12:00AM AEDT) and will receive entries until Sunday 26th February 2023 (11:59PM AEDT).

Note that the student who uses the unique referral link to book a lesson, must complete their first lesson within the above promotion period in order for the entry to be valid.

Promotion Rules
You must be an existing student of LTrent Pty Ltd ABN 83 164 091 105 (“Trent Driving School”) or one of its franchisees, who has completed at least one driving lesson.
Referring a single student of Trent Driving School or one of its franchisees grants one entry into the draw after the referred student completes their first Driving Lesson.
There is a limit of 100 entries per student.
You cannot refer a person who has already been referred before OR is an existing student of Trent Driving School or one of its franchisees. Only a new student will qualify.
A new student who is referred will become eligible to refer other new students after completing their first lesson and can place entries of their own into the draw.
This promotion is only available for residents of NSW.
Employees and immediate family members of Trent Driving School or any of its franchisees are not eligible.
Glossary Definitions
Referring: means the referral by an existing student of a new student who uses your unique referral link to book in their first lesson. The existing student’s referral link can be found on the student profile of the existing student. The new student may also book in their first lesson over the phone by mentioning the referral code (also found on the student profile) at the beginning of the call. It is the responsibility of the existing student to make sure the new student uses the correct link to book online or mentions the referral code when booking over the phone. Trent Driving School and its franchisees take no responsibility for any person incorrectly referring a student.

New student: means any person who has never had a Driving Lesson with Trent Driving School or any of its franchisees.

Prize

Prize Restrictions
Car prize/s include all statutory and on road costs, registration, delivery/collection costs and CTP insurance, but do not include any additional insurance, licence/s, other accessories, and any other ancillary costs not listed.

Trent Driving School may substitute the car prize with another of equal or greater value.

Promotion Period
Valid entries between Monday 3rd October 2022 (12:00AM AEDT) and Sunday 26th February 2023 (11:59PM AEDT).

Prize Draw
The winner will be drawn from a list of entries on the 5:00pm AEDT on Monday 27th February 2023. The winner will be notified via phone call to confirm the winner’s acceptance of the prize.

If necessary, Trent Driving School will continue its attempts to contact the winner daily until 3 business days have elapsed at 5:00pm AEDT on the 2nd March 2023.

If the initial winner has not been located by 5:00pm AEDT on the 2nd March 2023, a new winner will be redrawn the following business day at 5:00pm AEDT.

If necessary, the process will be completed until a winner is identified.

Upon successful confirmation of the identity of the winner and the acceptance of the prize an email will be sent to the winner to confirm acceptance with further details on the process of claiming.

The winner will also be announced at the same time they are drawn, this will be posted on our social media platforms including but not limited to, our website, Facebook and Instagram.

In the event that less than 300 entries have been received by 5:00pm AEDT on Sunday 26th February 2023, Trent Driving School will notify all entrants via email that a 30-day extension will be made.

During any such further period additional entries can be made by existing entrants. All new and existing entries made during the original promotion period will be in the pool of entries at the new extended draw date. This may occur multiple times in the event that insufficient entries are made at the time of the new draw dates. All existing entries will always carry over.
