SECTION 1: PROMOTION
1. Promotion: Heineken’s Chance to Win a VIP Experience to the 2023 Formula 1 Rolex Australian
Grand Prix
2. Promoter: Burswood Nominees Limited ABN 24 078 250 307 as trustee for The Burswood Property
Trust ABN 35 491 489 282 trading as Crown Perth, Great Eastern Highway Burswood, Western
Australia 6100.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotion will occur from 11am on Monday 9 January 2023 to 11.59pm
Sunday 12 February 2023 (Promotional Period). Each day during the Promotional Period is a
Promotional Day. All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian
Western Standard Time.
SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY
4. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must be:
a) be 18 years of age or older;
b) they are a resident of Western Australia; and
c) they are not excluded from entering the property of the Promoter, Crown Melbourne or
Crown Sydney for any reason.
5. Non-Eligibility: People are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win Prize if:
a) any personal information or contact details that are provided or entered incorrectly;
b) they are ineligible under Crown Resorts Limited Employee Licensing and Gambling by
Employees Policy (under which employees of the Crown Group and its associated entities
are ineligible to enter the Promotion);
c) they are a spouse, partner, sibling, parent or child of an Executive team member of the
Promoter; or
d) they have been disqualified from any prior promotion or offer for any reason by the
Promoter.
SECTION 3: ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
6. Entry: To enter the Virtual Prize Draw during the Promotional Period, eligible entrants must:
a) Purchase a Heineken product from the following Crown Perth venues: Crown Sports Bar,
Mesh, Fusion Bar, Groove Bar & Lounge, Baccarat Room, Riverside Room, 88 Noodle Bar,
Junction Grill, Snax, Market & Co, Atrium Buffet, The Merrywell or Lobby Lounge;
a) Request an entry slip with a unique code at the time of purchase; and
b) Complete and submit all the information requested on the online entry form at
crownperth.com.au/winaF1experience before 9am on Monday 13 February 2023,
(together, an Entry)
One (1) unique code per Entry (obtained from separate entry slips). Eligible entrants may only enter a
maximum of four (4) Entries per person per Promotional Day. Any Entries received in excess of the first
four (4) Entries per entrant shall be discarded and withdrawn from the Promotion.
SECTION 4: VIRTUAL PRIZE DRAW
7. Virtual Prize Draw: A representative of the Promoter will conduct one (1) random Virtual Prize
Draw at 10am on Wednesday 15 February 2023 at the Promoter’s Office at Crown Perth. The first
Entry randomly drawn from the pool of valid Entries shall win a Prize (Prize Winner).
In the event of a technical malfunction, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, may not award the
Prize, may defer, or cancel the Promotion, or select a different mechanic to determine the winner.

The Promoter shall notify entrants of these changes. The Promoter may recover any Prize
incorrectly awarded to an entrant as a result of a technical malfunction.
8. Prize Winner: The Prize described below in Section 5 will be awarded to the Prize Winner who
claims their Prize in accordance with Term 12.
SECTION 5: PRIZE
9. Prize: The Prize Winner will receive the below for themselves and one (1) guest. Prize includes;
• Two (2) x return economy flights from Perth, Western Australia to Melbourne, Victoria:
o Departing Perth on Wednesday 29 March 2023 at 7am; and
o Returning to Perth on Monday 3 April 2023 at 3.45pm,
• Airport Transfers: transfers to and from airport and Crown Towers Melbourne;
• Five (5) x nights twin share accommodation in a Premier King Room at Crown Towers
Melbourne with breakfast daily for two (2) people;
• Two (2) day passes to the Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2023 for Sunday 2 April
2023 with the following features:
o Undercover, open-fronted facility with a rooftop viewing balcony;
o Suite hosts to facilitate guest services;
o Broadcast TV feed;
o DJs performing throughout the day;
o Contemporary fit-out and lounge-style furniture with a vibrant, social ambience;
o Grazing menu;
o Champagne, premium wine and beer, soft drinks and espresso coffee,
• Five thousand dollars ($5,000) spending money.
10. Prize Value: The total estimated retail value of the Prize is $20,141.
11. Prize Conditions: The Prizes are subject to the following conditions:
a. No sale, transfer or exchange of Prize: The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged
or redeemed for cash, or resold (at a premium or otherwise) or advertised or offered for resale
on the internet or in any other medium. If for any reason, a Prize Winner cannot take any
component of the Prize then the Prize will be forfeited.
b. Ancillary Costs: Subject to any provision to the contrary, all ancillary costs including spending
expenses such as money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance,
transfers, transport to and from departure point(s), items of a personal nature, in-room charges,
unless otherwise specified in the Prize description herein, are not included in the Prize unless
specified and are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
c. Taxes: If a Prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of
such tax.
d. Prize Terms: The Prize Winner and their guests for the Prize must be aged 18 years of age or
older and must be able to travel on the travel dates and times stated above. Flight dates and
times are subject to change and the Prize Winner shall be notified of any changes. The Prize
is a single event trip for the Prize Winner and their guest and cannot be separated into
separate trips or components. Loyalty program points (such as Frequent Flyer, Velocity) will
not be awarded and do not form part of the Prize. Subject to the terms and conditions of the
Third Party Prize Suppliers, if for any reason the Prize Winner does not claim the Prize or an
element of the Prize, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not
be redeemable for cash. The Prize Winner may be required to present their credit card at
accommodation in accordance with Crown Towers Melbourne’s hotel check in policy. The
Prize Winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the Perth. Western
Australia and travel together. The Promoter recommends that the Prize Winner and their
travel companion obtain advice in relation to travel insurance prior to the departure flight date.
However, any costs associated with obtaining travel insurance will be the responsibility of the
Prize Winner and their travel companion.
e. Third party prize supplier terms: The third party prize supplier is Lion-Beer, Spirits & Wine Pty
Ltd (ABN 13 008 596 370) (Prize Supplier). The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of
the Prize Supplier. Subject to any provision to the contrary, and if applicable, all components of
the Prize, are subject to availability and any separate and individual terms and conditions

applicable to that Prize, some of which may not be within the control of the Promoter. In the
event that any component of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, subject to State legislation,
the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize component with another prize of equal
value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly. The Promoter is not responsible or liable
for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Prize Winner or any guest as a result of the
conduct of the Prize Supplier or otherwise as a result of the Prize Winner and any guest
accepting and/or using the Prize or any component of it. Before any Prize is awarded, the Prize
Winner and their travel companion will be required to sign an agreement to release the Prize
Supplier from, and indemnify Prize Supplier against, any loss, damage or injury arising from
the use or participation in the Prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to
the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Prize Supplier.
f. Additional release: The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury
(including illness or death) suffered by any Prize Winner as a result of the conduct of any
prize suppliers or otherwise as a result of the Prize Winner accepting and/or using a prize,
except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of
the Promoter or which cannot be excluded by law.
12. Claim of Prize: A Prize Winner must claim the Prize as follows:
a. A representative of the Promoter will contact the Prize Winner by the telephone number or
email provided on the Entry by Friday 17 February 2023 to provide instructions regarding the
collection of their Prize letter from the Promoter (Notification).
b. The Prize Winner must respond by telephone or email to the Promoter within three (3) business
days of receiving the Notification and provide valid photo identification (i.e. Australian Driver’s
Licence/Learner’s Permit, New Zealand Driver’s Licence/Learner’s Permit, Australian Passport,
Foreign Passport, Australian Photo Card, Australian Proof of Age Card, or Australian Immicard)
to the satisfaction of the Promoter.
c. The Prize Winner must collect their Prize letter in accordance with the directions from the
Promoter within 28 days of responding to the Notification (Deadline). Upon collection, Prize
Winner must present their original photo identification provided at the time of collecting the Prize
letter.
d. If the Prize Winner fails to claim the Prize by the Deadline or otherwise does not meet these
terms and conditions, they forfeit their right to the Prize and a redraw will be undertaken in
accordance with Term 14.
13. Contact: The Promoter will not contact any entrants to notify them of the draw outcome unless
stated.
14. Redraw: The Promoter reserves the right to redraw, in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the original draw, in the event:
a. an entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeiting their right
to the Prize; or
b. where the Promoter is unsuccessful in contacting the Prize Winner after reasonable
attempts to do so with the information provided by the Prize Winner; or
c. the Promoter does not receive a response from the Prize Winner in accordance with
Term 12 (a) above.
A redraw is to occur up to a maximum of ten (10) times (or any other number of times as determined
by the Promoter in its sole discretion). If an entrant has not claimed their right to the Prize in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions after ten (10) redraws (or that number of redraws as
determined by the Promoter) the Prize will be forfeited.
15. Winner Publicity: The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use Prize Winner’s name, suburb,
photographs, images and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown Perth unless
a written request for anonymity is received from the Prize Winner.

SECTION 6: GENERAL CONDITIONS
16. Lost, Delayed Communication: The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or
misdirected mail or any other communication.
17. Release: To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the Promotion including without
limitation the Prize Winner and any other person partaking in any component of the Prize, releases
and indemnifies the Promoter from any claim, loss, damage, injury (including illness or death),
expense, cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred in connection with the Prize or Promotion
or their participation in the Prize or Promotion. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, their
officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever
(including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential and economic loss) suffered or sustained
in connection with this Promotion, the promotion of this Promotion, or the use of any Prize, except
for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the
Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or
lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or
any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, human
error or omission, injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or
resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Promotion. The use of any
automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to
automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant
invalid. The Promoter’s responsibility for the provision of prizes is limited to the prizes as described
in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter accepts no further liability or commitment beyond
those stated and is not liable for any failure of the Promoter’s agents or contactors to supply the
prizes as stated. All times are best estimates only and the Promoter does not guarantee that events
will take place exactly at the times stated.
18. Force Majeure: The Promoter will not be responsible for any forces of nature, acts of God, war
(declared or undeclared), riot, explosion, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute including
strike, action or inaction of Government, forced or pandemic or cessation of or interruption to
trade and any other acts which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter which may
affect the Promotion. If one or more of these acts occur, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel
the Promotion, defer the Promotion to a different date, otherwise substitute the Prize for one of
equal value, or change these Terms and Conditions. Any change to the Promotion in these
circumstances will be communicated to eligible entrants as soon as practicable.
19. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered into.
20. Privacy Collection Statement: The Promoter may collect entrants’ personal information, including
name and contact details, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including publicising the
results of the Promotion. Uses may also include future promotion, marketing and publicity. The
Prize Winner’s contact details will disclosed to the Prize Supplier and other companies acting on
the Promoter’s behalf (such as Tanya Leanne McDonald trading as Launch Marketing ABN 31 951
642 942) for the purpose of arranging the Prize. The Promoter will use and handle personal
information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at
https://www.crownperth.com.au/general/privacy-policy. If eligible entrants do not agree to the
disclosure of their personal information in this manner, they are unable to participate in the
Promotion. By entering this Promotion each entrant consents to the retention and use of their
information in this manner.
21. Alteration of Terms and Conditions: Subject to approval being granted under Condition 13 of the
general conditions attaching to Trade Promotion Lotteries issued by the Gaming and Wagering
Commission of Western Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and
Conditions to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding that may arise in
the application of these Terms and Conditions, as is permitted by law. The Promoter’s decision will
be final.
22. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Participation in the Promotion constitutes an acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.

23. Disqualification: Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate
disqualification of an entrant or the Prize Winner. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole
discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Cancellation of the Promotion: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any
time prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period for any reason whatsoever.
25. Responsible Service of Alcohol: Crown practises the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Purchase
of Heineken products is subject to the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA) and the Promoter’s House
Management Policy.
26. Responsible Gaming: Crown practises and promotes Responsible Gaming (RG). The RG Helpline
