Major Promotion – EOFY SPLASH

Terms and Conditions of Entry

    Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
    The promotion “EOFY SPLASH!” will be known as the Major Promotion.
    Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
    Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
    Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
    Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
    The major promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 1st MAY 2023 until approximately 5:00pm on Sunday 25TH JUNE 2023.
    Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
    Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one (1) entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
    Members of the Redlands Sporting Club can gain triple (3) entries between 1-5pm every Sunday in the lead up to the major draw. Triple entry dates will be May 7th ,14th,21st,28th & June 4th,11th,18th.
    There will be 1 major draw day, this will be conducted on 25th June 2023 starting at 11am
    There will be a total of 60 prizes, with one prize being drawn every 5minutes.
    Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
    Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days each hour of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
    The member drawn must be present at the prize draw location within 3 minutes to claim their spot in the prize draw. Verification of their membership card is required, and if the winner is not present within 3 minutes a redraw of that prize will occur.
    Prizes will be given out at the time of winning.
    Members can win multiple prizes.
    Prizes will be drawn in a specific order as numbered on the prize.
    Redlands Sporting Club does not take any responsibility for the product once it has been delivered.
    Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
    Once prizes have been claimed , Warranties and responsibilities are that of the winners.
    Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
    The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
    If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
    If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
    If a member is in the club attending another event or activity at the time of the Major draw, they may register their name at reception to be a valid participant.
    Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way.
    No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
    By entering the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
