1. Eligibility The OiOi Instant Win Giveaway (the "Competition") is open to individuals who are first-time subscribers to OiOi and who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. By participating in the Competition, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Competition Period The Competition begins on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, and ends at midnight AEDT on Thursday, December 30, 2023 (the "Competition Period").

3. Eligible Participants To be eligible for the Competition, participants must meet the following criteria:

    Participants must be first-time subscribers to OiOi during the Competition Period.
    Participants must provide valid and accurate contact information when subscribing to OiOi.
    Participants must confirm their acceptance of email marketing communications from OiOi.

4. Winning Chances Entrants in the Competition have a 1 in 50 chance of winning a prize.

5. Prize The prize consists of a voucher code that entitles the winner to 100% off the purchase of a Mini Lunch Bag of their choice, with a retail value of $59.95 AUD. Please note the following conditions:

    The winner is responsible for paying the shipping cost associated with the item's delivery to their location.
    Winners may add additional items to their cart to reach the free shipping threshold for orders within Australia.
    The voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes due to coding clashes.
    The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of subscription to OiOi.
    Vouchers cannot be transferred, applied retrospectively to previous purchases, or extended for out-of-stock items.

6. Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random from eligible participants who subscribed to OiOi during the Competition Period.

7. Notification of Winners Winners will be immediately notified on the product page. It is their sole responsibility to contact sales@oioi.com.au for their unique voucher code.

8. Privacy By participating in this Competition, you acknowledge and agree to OiOi's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the OiOi website.

9. General

    OiOi reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions.
    OiOi reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition or change these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
    The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
