It’s a win, win situation!

Besides the chance to WIN a $500 prize, you’ll also enjoy these great benefits when you make the SWITCH:
Increased privacy and security

By switching to Online Statements, you don’t have to worry about paper statements being stolen from your letterbox, further protecting you from potential identity theft.
24/7 access to your statements anytime, anywhere

View, save or print your statements whenever you need through Online Banking. You’ll also be able to access 13 months of your statement history all in the one spot.
Convenient notifications – so you never miss a statement.

You’ll receive an email when a new Online Statement is available to be viewed in Online Banking.
The same legal status

Online Statements have the same legal status as a paper statement.
Help reduce your environmental impact

No printing means less paper wasted. Every year, more than 254,822 pieces of A4 paper are used to print our Member statements, this equates to 306 trees a year^. With your help, our aim is to decrease this number and save more trees, by reducing our statement printing by 5% each year.
