TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE BASIL HAYDEN EVENT GIVEAWAY ON CONCRETE PLAYGROUND Information contained in this document details how to enter and win passes for you and 2 x friends aboard The Jackson by completing and submitting the entry form as part of these terms and conditions. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. ELIGIBILITY ● Entry is open to residents in New South Wales only, aged 25 years and over (refer to Privacy for details on age restrictions). ● Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. ENTRY ● The promotion commences at 4pm, Thursday 7 March AEDT and closes at 12pm, Sunday 17 March AEDT (Promotional Period). PRIZE TERMS ● Triple passes means the winner and their two guests ● Passes are not transferable or redeemable as cash ● All guests must be over the age of 25 years, ID is required to board The Jackson. Failure to produce a valid identification will result in refusal of entry and no alternate prize will be offered. ● Should the winner and their guests be unable to attend on March 28, their passes will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. ● Where possible dietary requirements will be accommodated, individual meals will not be provided ● The event organising team will make every effort to ensure The Jackson departs as planned however, if an unforeseen weather situation occurs and the organising team is required to reschedule winners will be given the option to attend the alternate date or forfeit their prize. JUDGING AND THE WINNER/S ● The Competition is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. ● The Promoter will select the winners at 3pm, Monday 18th March AEDT from all eligible entries submitted during the Promotional Period. ● Each valid entry will be judged individually on its merits by the Promoter. ● The winning entries will be the entries that best satisfy the Content Criteria as determined by the Promoter. ● The Promoter will notify the Winners by email within the hour following the judging.
