Rex D. Dog Easter Colouring in Competition 2024
The Rex D. Dog Easter Colouring in Competition 2024 (Competition) is operated by Defence Housing
Australia (DHA) (72 968 504 934), 35 Hinder Street, Gungahlin ACT 2912 for Defence service members
and their families.
By submitting an entry in the Competition you agree that as the parent or guardian of an eligible
participant you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Competition Terms and Conditions
and to DHA exercising all rights in respect of the material provided, including using and storing your
personal information provided via entry submission for promotional purposes.
Terms and conditions of Entry:
Eligibility:
1. Competition participants must be aged between 2-10 years.
2. Participants must have a parent or guardian that:
a. is currently an Australian Defence Force member living in a DHA residence; and
b. follows DHA on at least one social media platform.
Submissions:
3. Submissions will be accepted from 10:30am on Thursday 7 March 2024 to 5:00pm AEST on
Thursday 21 March 2024. DHA will not accept entries after this date.
4. A photo or photocopy of a Participant’s completed colouring sheet must be emailed to
Rex@dha.gov.au which includes the participant’s:
a. full name,
b. age,
c. state of residence, and
d. PM’s key
e. Name/username used to follow DHA social media account.
5. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
6. If a household has more than one child, every child of that household may participate
separately in the Competition.
7. DHA may reject any submissions that do not comply with the above submission requirements.
8. In submitting an entry, you agree that DHA is given a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide
licence to publish and reproduce the content of the entry at its discretion.
Privacy:
9. DHA may store and use your personal information to facilitate the operation of the
Competition and for promotional purposes upon conclusion of the Competition.
10. DHA will not use or disclose your email address, first name or last name for any other purpose
without your prior written consent.
11. Your personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
available at https://www.dha.gov.au/privacy.
Winning entries:
12. Eligible entries will be assessed and judged by DHA and DHA will select winners at its sole
discretion.
13. DHA will notify winners on Friday 22 March 2024.


Winning entries will be published and reproduced on DHA social media pages on Monday 25
March 2024.
15. All costs associated with accessing any parts of the competition are solely on the entrant.
Defence Housing Australia will not compensate any costs involved in participant’s entry.
Prizes:
16. Both age categories (2-6, and 7-10) of winners will receive as follows:
1st prize – Choco Gram Easter Smiles Delivered Handcrafted Wooden Box 22 Easter
chocolates, 560g valued at $89.95.
2nd prize – Choco Gram M&M Easter Large Cellophane Gift Box M&M Chocolate Egg, Large,
valued at $38.65.
3rd prize – Choco Gream Chocolate Tea Party, Cellophane Wrap, 6 Belgian chocolates, 80g
valued at $18.25.
17. DHA may vary these prizes without prior notice to a prize of equal or greater value.
18. Prizes are provided on an ‘as is’ basis with no adjustments and under no circumstances can be
replaced with another form of compensation or a cash prize.
19. DHA will not be liable should prizes not be received by participants due to the act or omission
of another party and will not replace any prizes provided it has taken reasonable precautions
to enable delivery.
General
20. Nothing in these terms limit, exclude or modor purports to limit, exclude or modify the
statutory consumer guarantees as provided under applicable legislation in each State and
Territory.
