Whoah Nelly, design really has its little claws around us now, doesn't it. ‘Saturating' the ‘market' with all its seductive lines and colours and even making sure we're not too sweaty, doing it all sustainably and with some forethought. DIAlogues - the yearly design forum dedicated to taking a huge chunk of design verbatim and turning it sideways is hitting Brisbane again.
If you always wanted to find out about design collectivism, Adrian Clifford of Rinzen fame will tell you all about it. Robert Ridell will give the low-down on Brisbane's highs and lows of architectural design. Hell, even Kevin Finn, founder and editor of Open Manifesto will be piping up with his ideas on criticality in design in the June forum.
If you're not confident enough to listen to new design ideas, watch this awesome documentary, but know that the treacherous chasms of the internet will never teach you what you'll learn from a little dialogue with these folks. Lets rebuild the world the right way up.
