My First Garden is a raised garden bed for boys and girls aged 4+.
It is a great hands-on outdoor activity for kids. Gardening develops fine motor skills, teaches your child about caring for plants and encourages them to make healthy food choices.
The garden beds are constructed from BlueScope steel and food grade PVC joiners. Our products are child safe with rolled-safety edges and post caps. They are extremely easy to assemble with no screws or tools required, and can be built in less than 5 minutes.
My First Garden comes in one convenient size and two gender-neutral colours, Deep Ocean and Manor Red. My First Garden is an outdoor activity the whole family can enjoy.

Promotion commences 5 October 2012 and entries close at 5pm local time on 31 October 2012, and the draw date is on 8 of November 2012.
Entry is open to Australian residents, 18 years of age or older, who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “Tell us in 25 words or less why gardening is good for kids”.

All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Yates Australia, A Division of DuluxGroup Australia Pty Ltd , 1 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 8 November 2012.

All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Yates Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
