Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of A2 Dairy Products Australia Pty Ltd, its related entities and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST on (8/10/2012) and closes at 11.00am AEST on 20/11/2012. All entries must be received by 11:00am AEST on 20/11/2012 (Promotion Period).

There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
Upon completion of the 6 week promotion period, a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter will choose two overall winners based on the creativity of the entries. The judging will take place at 11.00am on 21st November, 2012 at A2 Dairy Products Australia Pty Ltd, 832 High Street, East Kew, VIC 3102. The winners will be notified by email. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
The two winning entries as determined by the judges will each win one (1) Kitchen Aid KSB555 Blender luxury kitchen appliance.
Total prize pool is two (2) Kitchen Aid KSB555 Blenders valued at RRP $325.00 each (including GST). Total prize pool is valued at RRP $650.00 (including GST).
If for any reason the winner does not redeem his or her prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemed as cash.
If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
The winner of the prize must sign an acknowledgement that he/she has received the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the entry judged as the next most creative entry received. All entries, recipes and photographs submitted become the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display the entrant’s entry (including the photograph and/or recipe) for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use. Entrants warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each recipe submitted is an original recipe developed by the entrant and each photograph submitted is an original artistic work which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
By submitting your recipe into this competition you warrant to the Promoter that the recipe/s is wholly original to you and not wholly or substantially copied from any other material and that the recipe does not libel, defame, cause injury to, offend or invade the privacy of or otherwise infringe or violate any statutory, common law, regulatory or intellectual property rights of any third party. You indemnify the Promoter, its agents, employees and its associated companies from any direct or indirect lose damage demands whatsoever in connection with you submitting your entry into this competition.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, (a) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) use of a prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to contractors it engages to assist it in conducting the competition or communicating with entrants. The Promoter has a privacy policy. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
