Conditions of Entry
1 Information on how to enter and Prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the
“Win a Cleaner with VIVA” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these
Conditions of Entry.

2012 at 5:00pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3 Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 13 who have a Facebook account.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter who are directly involved with
administering this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4 Any questions or comments regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and
not to Facebook.
Entry
5 This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6 To enter (Entry) the entrant must during the Promotion Period:
(1) log onto their Facebook account or join Facebook at
www.facebook.com;(2) go to the VIVA® Clever Cleaning Facebook page;
(3) ‘like’ the official VIVA® Clever Cleaning Facebook page;
(4) click on the “Win a Cleaner with VIVA” tab on the VIVA® Clever Cleaning Facebook
page;
(5) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including:
(a) enter personal contact information; and
(b) a response in 25 words or less to the Promotion question “What is your best
clever cleaning tip?” (Entry Response); and
(6) click “submit” to enter the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
Judging of Entries
7 The Entry must be the sole work of the entrant.
8 Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
9 The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Entries and to
disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in
accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
10 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which are offensive or inappropriate in
any way as determined in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
11 A maximum of one (1) Entry may be submitted per entrant during the Promotion Period.
12 The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost,
late, or misdirected entries.- 2 -

13 The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines,
bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated
with them, for whatever reason.
14 Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods
or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute
discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s Entry.
15 All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by an expert
panel appointed by the Promoter having regard to the overall quality of the Entry, including
articulation of Entry, creativity, novelty, composition, creative merit and originality at 10:00am
AEST on Monday 12th November 2012 at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons
Point, NSW 2061.
16 The best ten (10) Entry Responses as determined by the expert panel (Winning Responses)
will win a Prize (as described below).
17 Each winner will be notified by telephone and in writing by email on Tuesday 13th November
2012. Winning Responses will also be published on the VIVA® Clever Cleaning Facebook
page on this date.
18 If any Prize is not claimed by 3rd December 2012, the winner will forfeit his or her Prize. The
Promoter may award a forfeited Prize to the next-best Entry Response as determined by the
expert panel appointed by the Promoter. The winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified by
email on the 3rd December 2012.
19 The Promoter’s decision is final, (including in relation to determination of the best Entry
Response) and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
Prize
20 The Winning Responses will each win The General Domestic Clean Prize. The General
Domestic Clean Prize consists of 1 x four (4) hours of Live Out Domestic/Housekeeping
Assistance to be provided by DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited.
21 The General Domestic Clean Prize will be provided by DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited at the
winner’s residential home. Refer to
www.dialanangel.com for full terms and conditions of use.
22 DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited will liaise directly with the winner to schedule the provision of the
General Domestic Clean Prize.
23 DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited has offices in NSW, SA, ACT, QLD, VIC and WA. If the winner is
located in TAS or NT or a region of Australia where DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited is unable to
provide the services (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter), the General
Domestic Clean Prize will be paid as a cash prize to the value of the General Domestic Clean
Prize. The cash prize will be awarded in the form of a crossed cheque made out to the winner,
or if the winner requests, in the form of an electronic funds transfer to an account nominated
by the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to advise the Promoter of their correct
details for payment. The Promoter will not be responsible for any funds transmitted to an
incorrectly nominated account.
24 The General Domestic Clean Prize is valued at $355.75 each with ten (10) to be won. The
total prize pool is up to a maximum of $3557.50. The value of the General Domestic Clean
Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the General Domestic
Clean Prize after that date.
25 The General Domestic Clean Prize consists of a voucher redeemable through a third party.
The Promoter excludes any liability for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, damaged or
tampered with in any way. Redemption of each voucher is subject to the terms and conditions
imposed by DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited from time to time. - 3 -

26 The General Domestic Clean Prize is subject to booking and availability at the time of the
booking. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the cancellation or rescheduling of the
bookings.
27 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the General Domestic Clean Prize with a prize of
equal or greater value (including where the General Domestic Clean Prize is unavailable),
subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
28 The General Domestic Clean Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
redeemed for cash (except as expressly stated in the Conditions of Entry). The General
Domestic Clean Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied (except as expressly
stated in the Conditions of Entry).
General
29 All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
30 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Prize except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
31 If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves
the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry.
32 The Entrant must comply with any requirements for use of Facebook, and his/her Facebook
account.
33 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to
Facebook. By entering into this promotion you agree to release Facebook for all liability in
relation to this Promotion.
34 If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of
the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry,
the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation
and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the Promotion.
35 All entries become the property of the Promoter.
36 By entering this Promotion, you grant the Promoter an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual,
worldwide licence to use and exploit your response to the Promotion question by all means
whatsoever (including, without limitation, in print and electronic format). In addition, you
consent to the Promoter and the Promoter’s related body corporates and agents infringing
your moral rights in your response to the Promotion question for an indefinite period of time
by:
(1) not naming you as the author of your response to the Promotion question; and
(2) amending or modifying (whether by changing, adding to or deleting/removing) any part
of your response to the Promotion question.
37 Responses to the Promotion question (with or without attribution to the author) may be
reproduced on the VIVA® Clever Cleaning Facebook page for an indefinite period of time.
38 The winners agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The
Promoter reserves the right to use the winners’ name, voice, image and likeness for
advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
39 The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do
not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take - 4 -

part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the
Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing
the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering
the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National
Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is
taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). By entering
into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal
information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. An
entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request
