Simply purchase a glass or bottle from our range of Lindeman's wines between 1 September & 31 October 2012, and swipe your new 2012/13 membership card to automatically be in the draw.

The Prize is for 2 adults comprising:

HUNTER VALLEY EXPERIENCE

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants
agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of NSW who are 18 years and over who are current financial members of
Port Macquarie Panthers (“Panthers Members”).  Employees and their immediate families of Penrith
Rugby Leagues Club Ltd trading as Port Macquarie Panthers ABN 57 000 578 398 (“the Promoter”),
Treasury Wine Estates (the “Event Organiser”) and suppliers associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter.
3. This promotion commences at 00:01 EDST on Saturday, 1 September 2012 and concludes at 23:59
EDST on Wednesday, 31 October 2012 (“Promotion Period”).
4. The computer generated prize draw will take place at 10:00 EDST on Thursday 1 November 2012 at
Port Macquarie Panthers, 1 Bay Street, Port Macquarie, NSW, 2444.  The first valid entry drawn will
be awarded the prize.  The winner will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the draw.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of the
winner and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.  Verification
is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.  The Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of
this promotion.
6. To enter:
a) Panthers Members must purchase one (1) glass or bottle from any of the Lindeman’s range
of wines available during the promotion period from Port Macquarie Panthers and provide
the staff member serving them with their Panthers Membership Card to swipe to receive one
(1) entry into the promotion.
b) Maximum of one (1) entry permitted per person per day.
7. The Prize:   
1 x Hunter Valley Experience for two (2) adults comprising:
• A Lindeman’s Winery Tour including wine tasting and a light lunch
• One (1) night’s accommodation to be taken mid-week depending on availability at The Sebel
Kirkton Park Hunter Valley (“the Hotel”)
• Dinner for two (3 course restricted menu) at the award winning restaurant, Infuzion,
conveniently located at The Sebel Kirkton Park including a bottle of wine courtesy of
Treasury Wine Estates.
Total prize valued at approximately five hundred dollars ($500).
8. The winner of the prize must liaise with Treasury Wine Estates (“Event Organiser”) to book their
prize.  The winner must provide a minimum of thirty days (30) notice for the Event Organiser to book
all elements of the prize.  All elements of the prize are subject to availability of each element and the
Event Organiser and Promoter cannot and do not guarantee availability at all times.  Early booking is
therefore recommended.  The prize is valid for one night only on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday or Thursday night between 1 November 2012 and 30 April 2013 and excludes school
holidays, public holidays and special events.  The winner is entitled to request extended travel
arrangements or add-on activities outside of the Promoter’s itinerary, but all costs associated with
such matters must be paid by the winner at the time the arrangements are booked.
9. Each element of this prize including but not limited to, winery tour, wine tasting, lunch,
accommodation, transfers and dinner are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual
provider, and the winner is required to abide by all such terms and conditions.  The prize is also
subject to the Event Organiser’s booking and reservation policies and the Event Organiser reserves

10. The accommodation will be booked by the Event Organiser on behalf of the winner and will be
subject to availability (see Condition 8 above).  The winner must abide by any and all terms and
conditions set by the accommodation provider, and in the event that the winner incurs costs and
charges over and above the accommodation charges, including but not limited to, damage and
excess cleaning charges, the winner will be responsible for all such charges.
11. The winery tour, wine tasting and light lunch at Lindeman's Winery will be booked by the Event
Organiser on behalf of the winner, and the winner will be subject to the terms and conditions set by
the provider.
12. The dinner will be booked by the Event Organiser on behalf of the winner and includes a 3 course
(restricted menu) including a bottle of wine courtesy of the Event Organiser.  The winner must abide
by any and all terms and conditions set by the restaurant, and in the event that the winner incurs
costs and charges over and above the menu set out as part of this prize, the winner will be
responsible for all such charges.
13. This prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.  The Promoter’s decision is final and
binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter and the Event Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury
suffered by the winner and/or their guest as a result of the conduct of the transport, accommodation,
restaurant, winery, event or other prize suppliers, or otherwise as a result of the winner and/or their
guest accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
15. Before the prize is awarded, the winner of the prize and any other person sharing the prize with the
winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter or Event Organiser from and
indemnify the Promoter and Event Organiser against any liability arising from the use or participation
in this prize.
16. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage gift if it would breach
any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the
Code of Practice for the Responsible Service of Alcohol.  The Promoter and Event Organiser both
support the responsible service of alcohol.
17. In the event that any part of this prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s and
Event Organiser’s control, the Promoter with the agreement of the Event Organiser may substitute a
prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that
they are the winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose
of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured,
distributed an/or supplied by the Promoter.
19. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which
may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of
processing and conducting this promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. 
By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree
that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in
any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or
payment to the entrant.  Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and
obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on 1800 061 991 during
