Draws will take place in each pharmacy at 2pm on Monday 29/12/12, each scooter is valued at $40 however there is no overall value (or number of scooters to be won) noted on the T&C's and there is no mention of a purchase required either. Only 2 entry forms per person per week and forms are available at participating pharmacies.)TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and lace of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must complete the official entry form available at the participating pharmacy including name, address and contact number. To enter, individuals must place the official entry form in the entry box provided at the participating pharmacy during the promotional period up to a maximum of 2 entries per individual per week.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Promotional period runs from 24/9/12 to 28/10/12. During the promotional period, the promotion will be conducted on the dates and times indicated in each participating pharmacy.
7. The draw will take place at 2pm on Monday 29/10/12 at the participating pharmacy.
8.The first valid and correctly answered entry drawn from all entries received in each participating pharmacy will win a JDBug Scooter valued at $40. The scooters received by winners may differ in minor respects from the scooters shown in promotional material.
9. The winners will be notified by mail and their name will be published in the Australian on Monday 12.11.12.
10 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
12. Unless advised otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, all other costs associated with the redemption of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is to be collected by the winner from the participating pharmacy.
13. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
14. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
15. In the event that any prize remains unclaimed as at Monday 18/2/13, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same place as the original draw at 2pm on Tuesday 19.2.13. In the event of an unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified by mail and their name will be published in the Australian on Tuesday 5/3/13.
