Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
The promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
The promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on Monday 19 November 2012 and ends 4pm Friday 7 December 2012.
To enter the promotion, participants must submit their personal details including first name, last name, age, email, state and phone number (optional) via the entry form at
www.travel.com.au/refreshing-escape-cca, or
www.travel.com.au/refreshing-escape-travel, or
www.travel.com.au/refreshing-escape-godo between 9am (AEST) on Monday 19 November 2012 and 4pm Friday 7 December 2012. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be subscribed to the travel.com.au and GoDo databases. All competition entrants must remain subscribed at the time of the prize draw and redraw (if a redraw occurs). One entry is permitted per person.
All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 12pm (AEST) on Wednesday 12 December 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (draw date). The first valid entry drawn will win:
a) Economy flights for two people from any capital city in Australia to Hamilton Island
b) Launch transfers to Hayman Island for two people
c) 3 nights’ accommodation in a Lagoon View Room at Hayman Island, twin share
d) Helicopter Flight and Deserted Island Picnic tour for two people
The prize is a package for the winner and a companion who both must be aged 18 years or over, which must be booked within 12 weeks from the date the winner is notified. Should travel dates need to be changed once confirmed, cancellation charges will apply.
The prize is valid for redemption until Saturday 31 August 2013 and will be dependent on the accommodation, airline and tour operators’ normal availability. Some blackout dates may apply.
In the event that a winner is unable to embark on any activities in the experience portion of the prize on the original date arranged due to weather or issues arising outside of their control, the winner will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the activity or activities for another date. Should travel to the activity destination be required, this will be at the winner’s own expense.
The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$4750.
Prize does not include additional travel costs to the departing Australian capital city airport, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, any meals, beverages, visas, or additional travel charges incurred. Frequent Flyer points may not be accrued on this prize.
The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw date by email. The winners' details will also be published at
www.travel.com.au for a period of three months and in the weekly travel.com.au e-newsletter.
Should the winner remain uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10 am (AEST) on Tuesday 13 March 2013 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The redrawn winner shall be notified by 12pm on Thursday 21 February 2013 via email. The redrawn winner’s details will also be published at
www.travel.com.au for a period of three months and in the weekly travel.com.au e–newsletter.
By entering this Promotion, the entrant will be automatically subscribed (and will be deemed to consent to such subscriptions) to the travel.com.au and GoDo.com.au databases, and will receive electronic messages from travel.com.au and GoDo.com.au. An entrant may opt-out of receiving any future communications from travel.com.au and GoDo.com.au upon request. An option to opt in to become a member of CCA Clubhouse to receive information on special offers, exclusive competitions, and more from the Coca-Cola Amatil group of companies and its related entities is also available to entrants upon entering this competition, but is not compulsory.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in these terms and conditions.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
