- The promotion will be carried out from the 22nd September through to 12th December 2012
- Prizes will be drawn during the promotion period to fit in with the television production schedule.
4. Details of Prize and Prize Value
- Prize – the chance to win one of 9 Ryobi Power Tool packs
- Prize Includes - 36V Lawn mower kit (includes one battery & charger) RRP $499.00, 36V Blower Console Only RRP $129.00, 36V Hedge Trimmer Console Only RRP $159.00. TOTAL PRIZE RRP $787.00 x 9 kits in total
- Prize available for metro areas only.
- Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Delivery included in prize package.
- No responsibility is taken for the variation in the value of the prize.
- The prize will expire 3 months after the broadcast date.
5. Date, time and Place of Draw
- The draw will be conducted at 50 Orange Valley Rd, Kalamunda, Western Australia
- The winners will be drawn on the 26th September, 3rd October, 10th October, 17th October, 24th October, 31st October, 7th November, 21st November, 12th December 2012
6. Results
- All winners will be notified by email before the episode goes to air.
- The name of the winners will be posted on The Garden Gurus TV show and website
www.thegardengurus.tv- Proof of identification will be required before the prize is claimed.
- Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Conditions of Entry
- Photocopied or posted entries will not be accepted.
- Open to Australian residents only.
- One entry per person.
- Name, contact number and address must be included in the email to be part of the draw.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
- Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
9. Participants
- Guru Productions directors, management, employees and their immediate families and Ryobi staff cannot participate in the promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
10. Unclaimed Prize
- After every reasonable effort, if the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner the prize will be voided after 1 months of the draw.
