Entrants may enter both the Major or Minor prize draws as many times as they like by either calling 1902 555 055, SMS’ing their details to 199 222 00, mailing in their coupon entry or subscribing via the WUDU magazine, however to avoid spamming, entrants will only be able to enter via the website located at
www.whatsupdownunder.com.au once. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Fixed line cost is $0.55 including GST. Calls from mobiles and public phones may be higher. The 190 service provider is Infodial Australia Pty Ltd.
12. Maximum cost of SMS entry is $0.55c including GST. The cost of sending an SMS message is the entrant’s responsibility and will vary dependent on the mobile network used. The charges for all SMS entry services will appear on each entrant's next mobile phone bill. Some service providers and call plans may not provide access to premium SMS. Entrants must check with their service provider if unsure all queries relating to mobile bills should be directed to the entrants' mobile phone carrier. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. 14. The promotion for the Major prize draw commences at 12.01am AEST on 30/03/12 and closes at 11.59pm AEDST on 24/02/13 (“Promotional Period”).
15. The major prize draw will take place at Level 1, Chandler Arcade, 109 Boronia Road, Boronia VICTORIA 3155 Australia, on 01/03/13 at 13.00 pm AEDST. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw.
16. Total maximum value of prize pool is $174,693.00 AUD. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
17. The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) working days of each draw and the names of the prize winners will be published in The Australian on 25/06/12, 13/08/12, and 11/03/13. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from notification of the prize being won or any other period that may be agreed between the promoter and the winner.
18. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
19. If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on the 03/06/13 (being at least 3 months after the date of the major prize draw) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. All non-winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw.
