Minor Prizes will be awarded to the first drawn valid entry on the dates 8/9/13 – 8/10/13 except for any Saturday, Sunday or public holidays during this time. There are two (2) Major Prizes (see Prize Details) that will be awarded to the first two valid entries drawn in the major draw (Major Draw).

If the winner of the Final Prize is under the age of 18 years as at the closing date of the Promotion, the Final Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.
Prize Restrictions Where a person participating or nominated to participate in the prize is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.
Prior to participating in a prize the winner and participants must sign an indemnity and waiver of liability in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties. Where a participant is a minor, the indemnity and waiver must be provided by his or her parent / guardian. The required indemnity and waiver must be signed prior to participation and a failure to sign will invalidate a winning entry.
