So, I'm already quite the culprit when it comes to taking long showers, now thanks to iWorld Australia, things are getting a whole lot worse!!!
They gave me the opportunity to trial and review an awesome new appcessory , the iShower! Created by iDevices (the same company that brought us the iGrill which has proved very popular since its release), the iShower is a wireless shower speaker designed for use in the shower or bath, poolside or even at the beach.
The water resistant speaker uses Bluetooth to connect to up to 5 separate devices within a 200 ft range. The device includes a clock display, as well as play/pause/forward/back and of course volume for full control. It runs on 3 AA batteries, and comes with an adhesive wall mount (however the device can also be used without the mount by extending out an arm to support it).
I seem to spend a lot of time in the bathroom somehow, between bathing Edward and then showering with Olivia of an evening, and my much loved morning shower to myself. It's been really nice to listen to my playlist while keeping my iPhone safe from splashes (or worse). The sound quality is really quite good, especially when used in the shower where it reverberates off the walls, set-up was an absolute breeze, and the device could not be easier to use (all you need to do is ensure Bluetooth is switched on on your iPhone and the iShower does the rest once it has synced).
