Entry is open to customers who purchase a diamond or diamond ring from DiamondExchange. Employees of DiamondExchange and their families are not eligible to enter.
Entries close at 9:00am on Monday 2nd January 2013, at which time the winner will be drawn. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the promotion closing date. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is 5 nights accommodation and air flights for two from anywhere in Australia to Isle of Pines, New Caledonia.
The winner must give DiamondExchange a minimum of 60 days notice prior to their chosen date of departure. This offer excludes peak season and must be used within 12 months of the draw date.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The winner will be drawn at random by an employee of the Promoter.
All entries become the property of the Promoter, DiamondExchange.
