All entries for major and minor prizes must be received by Sunday 27 January 2013 @ 23:59 AEDT. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Wine Cru Pty Ltd. database/s.
There will be one (1) major prize winner drawn from the pool of all entries. Each entrant who has lodged a valid competition entry and provided all details required (“Qualifying Entrant for Major Prize”) as stated in clause 14 will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place at Wine Cru Pty Ltd, 15b Richard St, Hindmarsh, SA on Monday 28 January 2013 at 11.00 AEST. One (1) Qualifying Entrant will be drawn at random from the pool of entrants to become the winner.
There will be one (1) minor prize winner drawn from the pool of all “Correct Entries” as defined by clause 15. The draw will take place at Wine Cru Pty Ltd, 15b Richard St, Hindmarsh, SA on Monday 28 January 2013 at 11.15 AEST. One (1) Correct Entry will be drawn at random from the pool of entrants to become the winner.
The winner will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s details will be published in the Public Notices of The Australian on Monday 4 February 2013.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.
The Promoter encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
Subject to state government legislation an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Wine Cru Pty Ltd, 15b Richard St, Hindmarsh, SA on Monday 8 April 2013 at 11.00 AEST and winners will be notified by telephone within 2 business days of the draw and an email will also be sent. Winners’ details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 15 April 2013.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
The Promoter, Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
