These terms and conditions will be available from the reception desk at 3YB & Coast FM, 95
Timor St, Warrnambool, VIC 3280.
1. Competition Details:
Entry is open to all Australian residents.
Employees, their partners, spouses and immediate family of Ace Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd.
and of the participating businesses are ineligible to enter.
Entry is open from Sunday 11th November 2012 to Wednesday 19th of December 2012.
2. Method of Entry:
Over the above period shoppers will be encouraged to shop at the participating stores (see
attached list). Upon making a purchase they will be given an entry form to fill out and place in
the barrel located at the business.
All entry forms will be collected at the completion of the entry period and taken to 3YB / Coast
FM, 95 Timor St, Warrnambool where all entries will be placed in one barrel.
On Thursday the 20th of December 2012 at 3.00pm a staff member of 3YB / Coast FM will
draw all minor prizes at random from the entry barrel. All entries will then be placed back in the
barrel and the draw for the six major prizes will commence. The winner is not required to be
present at the draw in order to win the prize.
3. Prize(s):
See attached list.
Total prize pool is $13,742.95
4. Notification of Winners:All winners will be notified by phone at the time of winning, and also in writing. The names of
winners where the prize value is over $1000 will also be published online at
www.coast.com.auand
www.3yb.com.au on the 21/12/2012 and will remain for a period of 28 days.
The second chance draw winner(s) where the prize is over $1000 value will be published online
on the above mentioned websites on the 15/01/2013 and will remain for a period of 28 days.
5. Unclaimed Prize Draw:
In the case that a prize is not claimed by 5.00pm Friday the 11th of January 2013 a second
chance draw will be conducted.
At 3YB / Coast FM, 95 Timor St, Warrnambool 3280 on Monday the 14th of January 2013 at
2pm all participants names will be placed into the barrel and redrawn at random. The winner of
this draw will be deemed the winner of the unclaimed prize.
6. Conditions of Entry:
Entrants must make a purchase at one of the participating stores (prescription purchases
excluded) in order to be eligible to enter. There is no minimum purchase value.
Prizes will be transferred to the recipient by the 17/01/2013.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable
to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
or other goods or services.
The promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
The promoters decision is final and the promoter and its affiliates will not enter into any
correspondence regarding the competition result.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s
parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. No further correspondence will be entered
into.
All entrants give permission for ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. (3YB / Coast FM) to advertise
that they have won along with the details of the prizes - including costs.
ACE Radio Broadcasters, their agents and affiliates will not be held liable for any defective
prizes or misuse of any prize or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or inconnection with any contest promoted by ACE Radio.
