ONLINE EXCLUSIVE iPad MINI COMPETITION 2012
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. How to enter the competition
Make any online purchase on pumpkinpatch.com.au between 18th and 20th November 2012 and enter the
promo code AUCHPAD in the promo code field in your shopping bag during check out in order to enter to
win. One entry per individual customer. Entries close at midnight EST 20th November, 2012. No facsimiles or
mechanically or digitally reproduced entries allowed. This competition is exclusive to online purchases.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries or for
address changes of entrants. Limit one entry per person. All entries become the property of Sponsor and
will not be returned.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Australia over the age of 18. Pumpkin Patch
Originals Ltd and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective
officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Sponsor and its agents”) and members of their immediate families
and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.
3. Winner
On the 30th November, 2012, the 4 winning entries will be selected by the judge(s) based on a random draw from
all online purchases made between the entry period who has entered the code at the checkout. The judges’
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail at the contact details given during the online transaction
process on or about 6th December 2012. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time
stipulated by the Sponsor, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner, and the Sponsor will select an alternative
winner in accordance with this paragraph.
4. Prize
The prize for the winner is a mini iPad. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
5. General
By entering, entrants agree to: (1) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or
damage of any kind arising from their participation in the competition and the acceptance, possession and
use/misuse of any prize; (2) be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the judge(s) and
(3) be contacted by Sponsor by mail and/or telephone. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the
use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation
in all media worldwide (to the extent not prohibited by law). The competition is subject to all applicable
legislation. The winner is responsible for all taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of his/her prize.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected by the Sponsor for the purposes of the competition will only be used in
connection with the competition. Entries will be stored at 439 East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland,
New Zealand. You have rights of access to, and the right to request correction of, your personal
information.
