Tell us your full name, address, contact phone number, and codeword from issue 241 then answer in 25 words or less what motivates you to be healthy and lose weight and why?3. The entire promotional period commences 00:01 AEDST Friday 21st January 2011
and closes midnight AEDST Thursday 17th February 2011. Only one entry per person permitted per household. Identification of an individual will be deemed to be consisting of a unique answer, a contact name and a contact address.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The Promoters decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be entered into. The judge will take place at the Promoters premises and will begin at 11am on Friday 18th February 2011. The winners will be notified by phone or mail using contact details provided in their entry.

The best five entries as determined by the judges will win The Wright Way kit and a session with Teymara, the woman who created the kit. Each prize is valued at $800.
7. Total Prize pool is valued at $4000.
8. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.

In the event that the prize, or part of the prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to reference of to all relevant state and territory regulations
10. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to cease the promotion with fair notification to the entrants. The form of such notification is at the complete discretion of the Promoters.
