Terms and Conditions for Power of Mushrooms BBQ Competition
Competition commences on 3/9/2012 and closes on 27/2/2013. Draws will take place at 2 Forbes Street Windsor NSW on 28/2/2012 at 12noon EST. Winners will be notified by email and in The Australian on 16/3/2013 and the winners will be posted on
www.mushroomloversclub.com.au. Prizes consist of 100 Mushroom Cookbooks valued at $24.95 each and 5 major prizes of an Downunder 4 BBQ valued at $349.00 each.

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older except employees and contractors of Australian Mushroom Growers Association Ltd and their agencies or any member of their immediate family.
The competition commences on 3rd September 2012 and closes at 11.59 (EST) on 27 February 2013.
The competition consists of a national random Draw (see table 2 below)
An entrant may enter a Draw by completing the entry form on the website at
www.powerofmushrooms.com.au and submitting the entry form to the promoter (by selecting the "Submit" button) during the period between the 12.00am on the Entry Date (see table 2 below) and 11.59pm on the Closing Date (see table 2 below) for that Draw.
Incomplete entries are void.
An entrant may only enter a Draw once.
The first five (5) complete and correct entries drawn will each win one of five (5) Major Prizes as stated in table 1. The subsequent 100 complete entries will each win one of 100 Minor Prizes as stated in the table below.
The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD $4,240.00 (including GST).
Subject to State and Territory regulations, the promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between 3 September 2012 and the date on which the prize is claimed.
The promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability and merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes, except as required by law.
Each Draw will be drawn at 12.00noon on the Draw Date for the Draw (as per table below) at Australian Mushroom Growers Association Ltd, 2 Forbes Street, Windsor, NSW 2756. If necessary, a second chance draw for any unclaimed prizes will be held for at 12noon (EST) on 1 June 2013 at Mushroom Growers Association Ltd, 2 Forbes Street, Windsor, NSW 2756, subject to any written directions given by the relevant Gaming and Lottery authorities.
Winners of a Draw will be notified by email the day following the Draw.
The name and suburb of each winner of a Draw will be published on the
www.powerofmushrooms.com.au/mushroomloversclub website on the Publication Date for the Draw (see table 2 below) and will be published in "The Australian" Newspaper on 16 March 2013.
The promoter does not represent or warrant that this site will be accessible without interruption or that this site, any materials on this site, or the server that makes this site available are free from errors, defects, design flaws or omissions, or from viruses or other harmful components. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delay in or transmission, communications, line failure, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any E-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof. Any material and or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the powerofmushrooms.com.au website s at the entrant’s own discretion and risk and no responsibility will be taken for damage to the entrants computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and or data.
Subject to State and Territory regulations the promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate access to the Power of Mushrooms BBQ competition and or other services provided by the promoters.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
In the event that any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value subject to State and Territory regulations.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the prize.
The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained, to person or property (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in any way related to this competition, or using or participating in, the prizes.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter subject to State and Territory regulations, reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is involved in the tampering of the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation of transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
All personal information collected by the promoter in relation to this competition will be handled in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.
