1. Entry is open to all Priceline Australia Twitter followers who are residents of Australia, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies.
2. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, 885 Mountain Highway, Bayswater VIC 3153.
3. The competition commences on 10th October 2012 at 9.00am AEDT, and concludes on 11th October at 11:59pm AEDT. The winning entries will be selected at Priceline Pty Ltd, 885 Mountain Highway, Bayswater VIC 3153 on 12th October 2012.
4. To enter, entrants must follow @pricelineau and tweet with the hashtag #pricelinepuretan. Priceline will select winners at random. Entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible. Tweets can be posted at any time between the start day and time (9.00am AEDT, 10th October 2012) until the final day (11th October 2012) which will end at 11:59pm AEST.
5. Twenty winners will be selected at the end of the competition. Each winner will receive one (1) Pure Tan Australia prize pack containing a Self-Tan Application Mitt and Instant Bronzer. The total value of each prize is $37.90.
6. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
7. The winners will be published on
www.twitter.com/pricelineAU on 12th October 2012. We will send the winners a direct message on Twitter, requesting full name and postal address for prize delivery.
8. The contact details of the winning entries may be passed onto a 3rd party for prize fulfillment only.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise stated by the entrant. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes. Always reads the label. Use only as directed. Any change in value occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
10. Prizes that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days will go into a second chance draw.
