Entry is open to all Australian residents
who are 18 years of age or over and reside in Queensland. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and companies associated with this promotion, including any prize producers are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must provide a valid email address to be eligible (so we can notify the winner of the result).
The promotion commences at 8:00am on Tuesday 31st July 2012(EST) and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 2nd December 2012(EST) ("Promotion Period").
Direct entry: Entrants can gain an entry into the competition by signing up to irexproperty.com and can gain a second entry into the draw by referring their friend/s; only when utilising the Facebook sign in/up feature. If an individual does not wish to enter the competition they must email
admin@irexproperty.com to have their name withdrawn.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, proof of residency within Australia, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
It is a condition of entry to this competition that entrants consent to their name, email address and any further details required being retained and released by the Promoter for the purposes of advising you of the winners of this competition and for the purposes of emailing you notification of similar competitions and special offer promotions.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

There is no requirement for the randomly drawn winner to be present at the time of the draw.
As the winner is selected randomly from among the eligible entrants, the draw is a draw of chance. Skill, knowledge or ability play no part in determining the winner.
The results of the random selections are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw. Winners will also be notified in writing that they have been selected as the competition winner.
Other entrants will be notified of the winner via an advertisement on the iRex Property website (
http://www.irexproperty.com), ten (10) days after the completion of the draw. Winners will also be listed on the iRex Property Social Media Sites.
The eligible winner of the prize will receive:
One Apple iPad 2 16GB tablet with Wi-Fi capability, as available from Apple Australia at the day of the draw, RRP $429
The delivery of the prize may be subject to any delays relating to the ordering, fulfillment and delivery systems involved.
There are neither rounds of drawing nor elimination rounds in the draw; the final winner will be drawn randomly from among all of the eligible entrants at the time of the draw.
An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted in the event that the winner is not contactable or chooses not to claim or accept the prize after three months from the draw. In this instance the winner forfeits any and all claims to the prize, which will be awarded to one or more entrants selected by iRex Property whose validly completed entry was received during the Promotion period. The redraw date will be on March 3rd, 2013 at 2.00pm at 24 Culgoola Street, Kedron, QLD, 4031. The location of this re-draw is subject to change at any time at the discretion of iRex Property. If required the winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw. Winners will also be notified in writing that they have been selected as the competition winner.
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. At the time and date specified in clause 10, the judges will pick a winner randomly from all eligible entrants.
The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
By entering the entrant or referred entrant agrees to receive communications from iRex Property. All entries become the property of The Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and The Promoter may use the entrant's names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out in Clause 2. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant's details should be directed to The Promoter.
iRex Property provides no warranty or protection for the prize after it is claimed by the winner. Any defect or malfunction should be directed to the manufacturer of the prize according to any retail warranty that may be associated with the prize as issued by the manufacturer.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. This is subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
