• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
• Entry is open to residents of Australia. Directors or Employees of the promoter or their immediate families, and third parties associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

• Incomplete or unintelligible entries will be deemed invalid and will be excluded. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• The competition commences 17 October 2012 at 2:00 pm AEST and closes 31 October 2012 at 5:00 pm AEST. The prize winner will be announced on 2 November 2012 at 10:00 am AEST at Fashion Factory Outlets (Trade Secret) Pty Ltd, 3-7 McPherson Street, Banksmeadow NSW 2019.
• The prize: $500 Trade Secret Voucher.
• By entering this competition you agree to receive occasional emails from Trade Secret about products, events and competitions, which we believe, you may be interested in. If you no longer If you no longer wish to receive emails from us you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link which appears at the bottom of each of the emails. • The prize will be awarded, to the entrant who receives the greatest number of votes made by Facebook users via the Trade Secret Photo Competition Application, who have also "liked" and subscribed to the Trade Secret Facebook Page.
• The promoter's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to not approve and/or disqualify any entrant who appears to have tampered with the entry or voting process, who participates in a manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the promoter, engaged in conduct which is or may be inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.
• The winners will be notified by email provided and their name will be published online at
www.tradesecret.com.au on or before 5 November 2012.
• After the winner has claimed his/her prize, the prize will be delivered to the winner by post.
• If the prize is unclaimed, or unable to be claimed by 5 May 2013 at 5pm, the prize will be awarded to the entrant who received the next greatest number of votes.
• The prize (and any unused portion of the prize) is not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable.
