Terms and Conditions of Entry
The “Win a Dream Trampoline” Promotion is open to all legal residents of Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and located in Australia at the time of the draw. Employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are ineligible to enter or win the prize. Family members include spouses, de facto spouses, parents, natural or adopted children and siblings, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
Entry is only valid if all details on the Entry Form are completed. Vuly accepts no responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
Competition entries open on 19 October Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and close on 7 December 2012 11.59pm EST (“The Promotion Period”).
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Vuly Trampolines (“The Promoter”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
How to enter the contest
Entries are submitted through the Entry Form at

Entrants that have not completed all necessary fields in the Entry Form will be disqualified. All entries must be actually received by no later than the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. The Website's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Promotion.
Selecting the prize winner
The winners will be randomly selected from the pool of all valid entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail within one (1) day of their winning entry being drawn using the contact information given at the time of entry. The winners will have their name published on the Vuly Australia Website at

The winners must claim their prize within seven (7) days of being notified of their prize. In the event that a winners do not claim their prize by the above time, the winners shall forfeit their prize and there will be a second prize draw. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. They will have their name published on the Vuly Australia Website at

Each individual prize is valued at $1,075.00 (plus delivery). The Major Prize consists of:

Delivery up to the value of $150.00The total prize pool
A maximum of 30 "individual prizes" (the "total number") may be available during the promotion period.
As such, the total maximum prize pool is valued at $32,250.00The total number of trampolines to be given away are based on the number of new "Likes" the Vuly Trampolines Facebook page receives during the promotion period. E.G. if only 5,000 new likes are achieved, only 5 trampolines will be given away.
The cost of delivery to the winner of their prize is included as part of the prize (up to $150.00). The winner is able to pick-up their trampoline from our showroom in Wakerley at
1/95 Ingleston Road, Wakerley, QLD 4154
if they prefer. The winner must indicate their intention to pick-up at the time they accept their prize.
Only those items listed in these Terms and Conditions are included in the prize. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute part of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written discretions from a regulatory authority.
General
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the winner that occurs as a result of the winner’s entry into the competition or consumption of the prize.
This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts sitting in Australian States and Territories.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion, if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so, save that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonable, subject to any written approval from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
In the event that prizes are required to be posted or couriered to the winner, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct; infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language or in any other manner, not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
An entrant's personal data will only be held for the purpose of selecting the winner and for sending first party (Vuly) marketing materials, and will not be used for any other purposes whatsoever without their prior permission. The Entrants' personal details will under no circumstances be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and the winner's name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below. Entrants grant the Promoter permission to communicate with them by phone and/or e-mail in order to provide details of the prize and/or instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish their entitlement to it.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in this Promotion. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity. The promoter may photograph, video and/or film activities relating to acceptance or consumption of the prize. The winner acknowledge that the promoter has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit without further permission from or payment to the winner.
