Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years of age and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Kia Motors Australia Pty Limited Dealers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences at 12.01am (ADST) on 22/10/2012 and ends at 11.59pm (ADST) on 22/12/2012.
To become an eligible entrant, participants must, during the promotion period, complete their entry in the following way: Log onto
http://www.kia.com.au/sorento, complete the competition fields and nomination, and successfully create and send an 'Australia's Favourite Father' nomination eCard.
To win an additional $1,000 Caltex Fuel Card, the user must also have visited and 'Liked' the Kia Australia Facebook page (by the end of the promotion period) at
www.facebook.com/KiaAustralia, if/when drawn as the winner.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible to enter. There is a limit of one entry in the draw per person.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
All eligible entrants will be entered into the draw for the major prize.
The winner will be randomly drawn via computer generated system at 10.00am (ADST) on 24/12/2012 at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. The winner will be notified in writing, and their name, suburb and state will be published in The Australian newspaper on 28/12/2012. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first eligible entry drawn will win for the entrant a Kia Sorento Platinum (2013 model), automatic transmission, colour chosen by the Promoter in its discretion. Prize includes on road costs. Comprehensive Insurance will be the responsibility of the Winner. Total retail value of the vehicle is $50,490.
If the winner is also a 'fan' of the Kia Australia Facebook page at the close of the promotion period,

Total prize pool is $51,490.
All components of the Prize, including the car and registration plates are subject to the colours and models available. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle of the same theme and value as the original, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation. Delivery will be to the prize winner's nearest Kia Dealer where a thorough handover of the vehicle will be given.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize value is correct at 03/10/2012. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
The prize is subject to availability. All elements of the prize will be arranged by the Promoter. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu.
It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, which meet the requirements of government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner is, for whatever reason, unable to take an element of the prize then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of the prize winner being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed or is forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise the Promoter will conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw on 10/04/13 subject to any applicable law. The winner (if applicable) will be notified in writing immediately and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 17/04/13.
Employees and family member of employees of the promoter and its agencies are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winner's identity, age, residential address, email address, eligibility to enter and claim the prize and any information submitted by the winner in entering the promotion, before issuing the prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter's satisfaction within the time requested, that winner's entry will become invalid. The prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). All warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer of the prize and not the Promoter.
The Promoter and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any problems or technical failures including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment or software. This includes the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion o the internet or at any website.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners. If an entrant consents by checking the box in the entry form, the entrants PI may be used to market the services of the Promoters.
The PI of the winner may be provided to other parties assisting the Promoter conduct this competition, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address given below to request access to any of their collected PI that is still held. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. By participating in the promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any communication regarding the promotion, and other emails which inform the entrant of the status of
