We love avocados and almost always have them around the kitchen in varying stages of ripeness. I also tend to keep a tube of Avofresh in the fridge for the days when there’s nothing ripe enough to use or the days where I realise the beautifully ripe avocado that was on the bench yesterday is actually looking kinda gross. Available in three varieties – Soft, Firm & Chunky, each packet of Avofresh contains two whole avodacos, a squeeze of lemon and no artificial colours of flavours.



We love the squeezy tube (Avofresh Soft) which is chock full of soft, ripe and ready to use Australian Avocados that taste fantastic and stay fresh once the tube has been opened for up to 5 days (in the fridge). Since we already use Avofresh I jumped to accept when they challenged us to use their fabulous product to make 5 Lunches, 5 Ways.

I love replacing Butter with Avocado and Avofresh soft tube makes it so, so easy.
We had a great week and Avofresh makes adding avocado such a breeze, not only is it super easy to use, I know it’s always fresh and ready to go.
