HOW TO ENTER DETAILS:
Individuals who have bought a Citizen Eco-Drive Watch simply enter their name, and contact details on the supplied entry, to go into the draw to win their respective prize.
Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and details of the program form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries must be completed in accordance with these terms and conditions in order to be valid.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its associated agencies, retailers and suppliers are ineligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one entry per Citizen Eco-Drive purchase permitted per person.
The Homebush promotion starts 15/10/12. All entries must be received by 5.00pm EST 28/11/12. An employee of Citizen Watches Australia Pty Ltd, or Stone Brothers Racing will randomly draw the winner. The draw will take place between 5.30 pm and 6.00 pm EST at Citizen Watches Australia Head Office, Building 10, 49 Frenchs Forest Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW 2086 on 28/11/12. The winner will be advised by phone on 28/11/12, announced on the Citizen Watches website at
www.citizenwatches.com.au/promotions.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
The Homebush prizes will be available at Angus and Coote, Pitt Street Mall, Angus and Coote Brookvale, Angus and Coote Liverpool, Angus and Coote Blacktown, Angus and Coote Penrith, Angus and Coote Bankstown, Angus and Coote Parramatta, Angus and Coote Miranda, Angus and Coote CAMPBELLTOWN, Angus and Coote WETHERILL PARK. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged entries.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize or cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
If a winner is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the winners’ nominated parent or guardian.
All prizes are available at the time of printing, but owing to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, prizes may be subject to change or specifications altered. If a prize is no longer available, the Promoter will replace it with a similar prize of equal value in their absolute discretion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
The Promoter for Homebush may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 29/11/12 at 10.05 am EST in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed as of 29/12/2012 10.00am EST.
Any unclaimed prizes will be dealt with under State Regulations. If no provision is made under the relevant State Regulation, all prizes remain the property of the Promoter until they are claimed by a winner and, if a prize remains unclaimed after 5.00 pm EST on 29/11/12 (Homebush) the Promoter retains the right to dispose of the prize as the Promoter chooses.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to force majeure, computer viruses and any interference by third parties, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or restart the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
