By taking part in this competition you agree to be a What's On 4 and Bubbler Deals subscriber and the following terms and conditions:
Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences on Thursday, November 1, 2012 and closes at midnight on Friday, December 21, 2012 (AEST).
The competitions are open to all residents of Australia that are over the age of 18 years, except employees of the promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
To enter the competition, entrants must simply tell us in 25 words or less what makes a good coffee to win one of three Espressocap Virgola Italian made coffee machines, plus a crema latte automatic milk frother plus 120 assorted coffee capsules (incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging).
Judging will take place at What's On 4, PO Box 1003, Carindale QLD 4152. The winners will be announced on What's On 4 and notified by email. Each entry via the form will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and alignment with the competition entry theme.
All competition winners must:
a) Agree to have their entry featured on What's On 4
b) Provide email contact details when answering the question to allow for communication to take place to allow for prize delivery and communication with What's On 4 in relation to the competition.
The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
The entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. What's On 4 reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.
What's On 4 reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by What's On 4 to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of What's On 4, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, What's On 4 reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by What's On 4, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. If the prize is forfeited within twenty four business hours of the notification taking place, a re-judging will occur immediately.
Any costs associated with accessing What's On 4 are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by What's On 4, not time of transmission by the entrant. What's On 4 accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
All entries submitted become the property of What's On 4.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, What's On 4 (and their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under What's On 4 control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by What's On 4) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of What's On 4; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) the prize and/ or (h) participation in the promotion.
