Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. LIVE CHEER CHALLENGES
To enter a Live Challenge, individuals must attend a Live Challenge site on the Live Challenge date and then:
obtain an entry form and Release from the Live Challenge site and submit the fully completed entry form and Release to the on-site registration co-ordinator at the Live Challenge; andbe invited onto the stage at the Live Challenge to perform live infront of a live audience and to be recorded on camera. Individuals must perform their own rendition of an 'OIKOS Cheer', including the words "Yummy, Yummy, Yummy - Oi, Oi, OIKOS" by themselves or as part of a group (optional). Multiple entries into a Live Challenge permitted, subject to the following: (a) maximum of three (3) entries/performances permitted per entrant at each Live Challenge; (b) each performance must be substantially unique; and (c) each entry must be submitted and performed separately and in accordance with entry and performance requirements. The Live Challenges element of the promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry at a Live Challenge will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the performance. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing. Six (6) valid and correct entries at each Live Challenge, as determined by the judges, will each win a prize as follows:

ONLINE CHEER CHALLENGE
To be eligible to enter the Online Challenge, individuals must record an original and creative video of themselves, or as part of a group, performing their own rendition of an 'OIKOS Cheer', including the words "Yummy, Yummy, Yummy - Oi, Oi, OIKOS" (optional) (Video). To enter the Online Challenge, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period:
access the OIKOS Cheer Challenge Facebook application (Application) on the OIKOS Facebook page on
www.facebook.com/oikosyoghurt (Facebook Page). Individuals must "Like" the Facebook Page and using the Application, complete the online entry form, upload their Video including ticking the required entry boxes and submit the fully completed online entry form. Multiple entries into the Online Challenge permitted, subject to the following: (a) maximum of three (3) entries permitted per entrant; (b) each entry must be substantially unique; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. All valid entries submitted at a Live Challenge will also be entered into the Online Challenge by the Promoter. During the Promotional Period, the Promoter will display valid entries on the Facebook Page for public viewing and voting. The Promoter may also display valid entries on their website and/or a YouTube gallery for public viewing. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter publishing their entry/entries in accordance with the above. Other members of the public can vote for entries by visiting the Facebook Page. In order to vote, other members of the public must, during the Promotional Period, follow the prompts on the Facebook Application to vote for the entry in the manner required. Multiple votes are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each vote must be submitted separately and in accordance with voting requirements and these Terms and Conditions; and (b) maximum of one (1) vote per entry per person permitted per day. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, votes, voters and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant or voter who submits an entry or vote that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or voting process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. GENERAL
The promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter's and judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.Each prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque. Any prize won by a group entry will be awarded to the entrant listed on the entry form. If the winner of prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner's behalf.Total prize pool value is $12,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever.
