1. The survey starts on the 8
th November 2012. T
he closing date for responses is the 22
nd November2012. Only fully completed surveys received by this date will be entered in the prize draw.
2. All Australian residents who visit Fairfax websites and click to complete questionnaire are eligible to enter
this prize draw.

The draw will be conducted by random computer selection on 27
th November 2012 at 4:00pm. This will be
held at TH?NK Global Research Head Office, 15 York Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205.
4. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are
accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entries must be submitted at the end by clicking on submit button on the online survey link advertised on
Fairfax Media websites and entry is restricted to one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced
or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all completed surveys received by the closing date.
7. The winner will be notified via email.

The total prize pool value is AUD$2696.
9. There will be five winning entrants. Each will win an iPad valued at AUD$539.10. TH?NK Global Research will notify the winner within 10 working days of the closing date. TH?NK’s
decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. If a winner cannot
be contacted or is not available, TH?NK reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the eligible
entries (received before the closing date) after 3 calendar months, if the winners do not claim their prize to
distribute any unclaimed prizes. In an event of re-draw, following are the details:
a. The re-draw will be conducted on 28
th February 2013 at 4:00pm. This will be held at TH?NK
Global Research Head Office, 15 York Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205. The winners will be
notified in writing.
11. All elements of the prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no other alternatives.
12. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons
beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or
amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promo ter as a result
thereof.
13. Entrants will retain copyright over their submitted entries however by entering, all entrants licence TH?NK
a worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to edit and publish the results of the survey in any and all
media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes but under no circumstances will
respondent’s details be published.
14. The information provided will be used to analyse trends and only overall trends may be published. Data
pertaining to individuals and individual firms will not be published and will be used only to contact the
winner. TH?NK reserves the right to retain any data gathered via the competition but this will be done in
strict accordance with data protection regulations.
15. TH?NK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner's enjoyment of the prize.
16. TH?NK reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering
prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. TH?NK
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control
make this unavoidable.
17. Changes to any aspect of the promotion or prize will not be executed without a written approval from
relevant lottery departments.
