Once you have CU Online access, or if you already have it, you can register to receive online statements in two easy steps.
Step 1
Log onto CU Online using you Member/E-Client Number and Access Code
Step 2
Click on Statement Delivery and click the Online option (if you have already opted to receive online statements, ensure that we have your correct email address, this can be edited under My Profile – Edit My Email Address)
Once you are registered for online statements, all paper statements will cease. It's that easy, and you'll be automatically registered in the competition to win an iPad 3!
Terms and Conditions
Section 1: General Information
Promoter: Queensland Country Credit Union Limited (ABN 77 087 651 027 AFSL 244 533), 85 Patrick Street, Aitkenvale QLD 4814. The Promoter can be contacted on (07) 4750 3300.
Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 9.00am on 1 October 2012 and will close on at 5.00pm on 30 November 2012.
Eligibility: To be eligible to receive the prize on offer, during the promotion period you must be a personal banking Member of Queensland Country Credit Union who:
a. is aged 13 years and over,
b. is registered for online banking, and has obtained an e-Client number
c. is registered to received online statements,
d. is not an employee of Queensland Country Credit Union Limited, Queensland Country Health Fund Ltd or an immediate family member of an employee
Entry details: During the promotion period, Members will automatically go into the draw when they meet the eligibility requirements.
Draw details: The winner of the competition will be randomly drawn on 10 December 2012 and the winner will be notified by email by 5.00pm on 10 December 2012.
Collection details: The winner will be notified by Queensland Country Credit Union how they can collect their prize.
Prize details: The prize is a 16G iPad 3 WiFi recommended retail price $539.00.
Prize Non-refundable: The prize is non-refundable, non transferable and non redeemable for other goods or services.
Release: To the extent permissible by law, you release the Promoter, its agencies and employees from any causes of action, loss, liability, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by you (including any indirect or consequential loss) in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
Force Majeure: The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damage arising out of any act, omission, failure or delay by the Promoter or other party which is due to an act of god, riots, acts of terrorism, storms, fire, any labour or industrial dispute, any strike, and other acts which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter.
Rights to entries: All entries become the property of Queensland Country Credit Union. Any entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or received after the closing time and date of the competition will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy Notice: During the course of the Promotion, the Promoter may collect your personal information, including your name, address and email address for the purposes of notifying the winner. All information will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be obtained from:

any branch of the Promoter.
Queensland Country Credit Union may contact eligible recipients to obtain permission to use their name and image for any promotional activities following the promotion. Any testimonial comments on the entry form may be used for marketing activities. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission. In entering the competition you agree to the lawful collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Lost or Delayed Communications: The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication.
Program Interruption: The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control adversely affect the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion as described in these Terms and Conditions.
