Here’s how it works:

We pick a random band for you and your mates to see in your home state^ on either the 6th or 7th December 2012. On the night we dress
you up in our bespoke, one-of-a-kind Carlton Dry ‘Sell Out suits’,
which you’ll wear for the duration of the gig and return at the end
of the night, drenched in sweat and good times.



Once you’ve sold out, you can then use your tickets to go
and see any band of your choice at the Hi-Fi, in your own clothes
with your dignity intact.



*Due to rock stars rules you can only see a maximum of 1 additional act over 6 months for you and
your 3 mates at the Hi-fi in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Or you can go solo and keep all 4 tickets
for yourself. ^Prize only available in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Does not include flights or transfers
to event – real rock stars get buses.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Carlton Dry HiFi “Sold Out To Get In” Game of Skill Conditions of entry Promoter CUB Pty Ltd (ABN 76 004 056 106), 77 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank, VIC 3006. Phone: (03) 9633 2000. Entry Restrictions Open only to Australian residents aged 18 or over who are able to take the prize on the date which coincides with the music festival nominated by the Promoter and the entrant at the time of entry, except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies or participating venues associated with this competition. Competition Period Starts at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 26/11/2012 and closes at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 03/12/2012 (Competition Period). Entry Method To enter, consumers must, during the Competition Period: (a)visit the Carlton Dry Facebook page at www.facebook.com.au/carltondryaustralia; (b)if they have not already done so, click the “like” button on the Carlton Dry Facebook page; and click on the promotion tab, select the HiFi festival city of their choice (either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney), fully complete and submit the online entry form including name, address, date of birth, email address and by answering the following question in 25 words or less: “When was the last time you did something you weren’t proud of to get something you wanted?” Prize Details There is one prize to be won. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win: (a)4 VIP tickets (for the winner and 3 companions aged 18 years+) to a HiFi venue in either Brisbane on 07/12/2012, Sydney on 06/12/2012 or Melbourne on 07/12/2012 as selected by the Promoter valued at up to $200 (inc. GST); (b)4 general admission tickets (for the winner and/or 3 companions aged 18 years+) to the HiFi venue in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne as nominated by the winner during the entry process valued at up to $240 (inc. GST); and (c)2 cartons of Carlton Dry beer valued at up to $80 (inc. GST) delivered to the winners place of residence. All other costs associated with the major prize, including but not limited to any meals, travel, accommodation and any other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner (and their companions), as incurred. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize supplier/s. The prizes will be delivered to the winner at their nominated delivery address. Total Prize Pool Valued at up to $520 (inc GST). Entry Limits All entries must be received during the Competition Period. Consumers may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is based on a separate Eligible Purchase and a different “25 words or less” statement. Each entrant will receive an online notification confirming their successful entry into the competition. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry that entry will be discarded and the Promoter will distribute the relevant prize to the next best valid entry. 4All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Each “25 words or less” statement must be the entrant’s original work. By entering this competition entrants: (a)consent to the Promoter making copies of or publishing the whole or any part of their entry (including the “25 words or less” statement) and otherwise exploiting the entry and any rights in relation to the entry, to publicise this competition or for any other purposes; and (b)undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights. 5If the prize includes tickets (e.g. to a movie, concert, sports game or event) or a voucher, the tickets/voucher are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize supplier, including periods of validity. 6Where a prize includes travel or involves the winner attending an event: (a)the prize must be taken on the dates as specified by the Promoter and/or prize supplier to coincide with the event date/s; (b)if any part of the event is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for any reason, then at the Promoter’s discretion, the relevant winner (and their companion/s, if applicable) forfeits all rights to attend the relevant event and no cash or alternative tickets will be substituted for that part of the prize; (c)the Promoter may in its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant’s participation in this competition, cancel a prize or otherwise cease to provide any benefit of a prize to a winner and their companion/s if the entrant or the winner (or their companion/s), in the opinion of the Promoter, is under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behaves aggressively or offensively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate (or of the business of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate), is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate; and 7The winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material. 8The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 9Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to the prize/s. 10 The Promoter may require the winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. 11 The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 12The prize/s is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or any element of a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute for that prize or element of a prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter. 13The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability. 14If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries. 15The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values. 16The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotion and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging.
