1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating The Bottle-O, Cellarbrations, IGA or Porter’s Liquor retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter and/or claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. The promotion will be conducted in participating The Bottle-O, Cellarbrations, IGA and Porter’s Liquor retailers nationally on the following dates:

4. Porter’s Liquor – between 13/01/21 and 11:59pm AEDST on 09/02/21
(collectively, the "Promotional Period").
4. How to enter: To enter the promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
A) Purchase any of the following products:
(i) Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Gin and Soda Premix 4-pack;
(ii) Gordon’s Pink and Soda 4-pack;
(iii) Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Gin full strength bottled spirit (700mL); or
(iv) Gordon’s Pink Gin full strength bottled spirit (700mL)
at any participating The Bottle-O, Cellarbrations, IGA or Porter’s Liquor retailer (“Qualifying Transaction”) and retain their purchase receipt; and
B) Visitwww.vespa.gordons.com,locatetheentryform,inputallrequested details and submit the entry form.
5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of how many eligible products were purchased in a single Qualifying Transaction); (b) limit of one (1) entry per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
6. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s), or a copy of the same, for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, 210 The Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 at 10:00am AEDST on 19/02/21. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email and their names will be published on 23/02/21 at

11. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each win a Vespa GTS 150cc motor scooter with automatic transmission in yellow. Total prize value is up to $9,260.00 including 12 months registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty, dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State) and 2 years unlimited km warranty. Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability. Winners must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Vespa dealership.
