Entry instructions
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
(b) locate and scan the QR code on the advertisements in Store, or visit the
Website, and
(c) locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by
uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, providing a testimonial
of when you committed a hunger fail and all other requested information to see
if you have provisionally won a prize and enter the major prize determination.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the
product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of
purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable
for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph
capability.
How are instant win prize/s awarded?
There are 1,250 instant win prizes to be awarded based on pre-determined times during
the Competition Period selected by a computerised random system at Blackhawk
Network, Level 1, 534 Church Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121.
How many major winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 1 major winner determined in respect of this competition.
A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will review each valid entry and will judge the
entries based on creativity and originality to determine the major winner. Chance plays
no part in how the major winner will be selected.
The valid entry judged to be the best will win the major prize.
All judging decisions are as determined by the Promoter, in their absolute discretion
The Promoter may determine additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case
the winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
There are 1,251 prizes available - one major prize and 1,250 instant prizes.
Major prize
The major prize is a $10,000 VISA gift card.
Major prizes will be delivered by mail to each winner's nominated address within 14 days
of winner verification. VISA gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Instant prizes
Each instant prizes is a $20 Woolworths eGift Voucher, which will be delivered to the
winner's email address associated with their entry within 7 days of verification.
Total prize pool The instant win prize pool is up to $25,000.
The total prize pool is up to $35,000.
How many times can I enter?
You can only enter once per day and once per itemised receipt. Each entry must be
submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
Instant winners will get a return online message acknowledging their entry and informing
them if they have provisionally won a prize and if so, details on how to verify their entry
and claim their prize.
The major winner will be notified by phone and in writing by email within two days of
determination.
The major winner will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the
Website on 30/03/2021 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
• original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter
may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person,
your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed and un-won prize/s
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) on 16/06/2021.
Unclaimed and un-won prize determination: 12pm (AEST) on 17/06/2021 at the same
location as the original prize determination.
If an instant prize is un-won during the Competition Period or has not been accepted or
claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the
Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize
claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out
an unclaimed and un-won prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to
randomly distribute the prize/s.
If the major prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if,
after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the winner (or the winner
does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry will be
discarded and the Promoter will re-award the prize to the person who submitted the next
best valid entry.
Any winner/s of instant prizes will be informed by email within seven days of
determination.
Any major winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing by email within two days of
determination and will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the
Website on 21/06/2021 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be
found, that information will be published on the Website on 21/08/2021.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional
activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the
Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and
may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents,
contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory
authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and
handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
http://www.mars.com/global/policies/privacy/pp-australia-en. The Privacy Policy also
contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI,
how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any
Tother applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the
property of the Promoter. The Promoter may disclose personal information to entities
outside of Australia, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for details. For the removal of
doubt, the Promoter will only use PI as set out above and in accordance with its Privacy
Policy, the Promoter will not sell PI to 3rd parties.
