For completing the steps in clause 7 Entrants who purchased from the stores listed in Annexure A will go in the draw with the entrants from the store they purchased the qualifying Blundstone boots from, to win a Bosch Blue 18V Brushless 3-piece ProCORE18V Combo Kit valued at $900.
For completing the steps in clause 7 Entrants who purchased from the stores listed in Annexure B will go in the draw with the entrants from the store they purchased the qualifying Blundstone boots from, to win a Bosch Blue 18V Brushless 2-piece ProCORE18V Combo Kit valued at $400.
A prize winner for each store listed above will be the first entry randomly drawn on Wednesday 24 February 2021 at (12pm AEST) at (Loyalty Office 8/8 Trawalla Avenue, Toorak, 3142) by a digital random number generator from all eligible entries received for that store, received in by 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday 21 February 2021.

By completing the steps in clause 7 each entrant will be offered one (1) chance to play a digital game for a chance to win one of the following instant prizes, selected at random instantly by a random number generator:

Chance to win $150,000
For completing the steps in clause 7.a, entrants will also receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw for the chance to participate in a contingency game for the chance to win AU$150,000, or a consolation prize of AU$15,000 (“contingency game”).
The drawn Participant must respond to the winner notification (and validate their entry) no later than 5:00PM AEST on 1 March 2021 in order to attend the Game. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on his/her behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. If the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant’s behalf.
There will be one hundred and fifty (150) numbered envelopes on display at the start of the Game. One (1) envelope will contain a promotional message representing AU$150,000 (“Major Prize”). 13. A reserve Bosh Tool Kit prize winner will be drawn at the same time and manner as each prize winner in clause 12, but will be the second entry randomly drawn.
14. Each Bosh Tool Kit prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing by email by (4pm) Friday 26 February 2021.
15. Each Bosh Tool Kit prize winner must inform the Promotor in writing of their acceptance of their respective prize and other requested details (as applicable) by (4pm) on 12 March 2021, otherwise their respective prize will be forfeited and that prize given to the first reserve entry drawn in accordance with clause 12.
16. Each prize winner must collect their respective prize from the store where the winner purchased their Blundstone boots from.

17. By completing the steps in clause 7 each entrant will be offered one (1) chance to play a digital game for a chance to win one of the following instant prizes, selected at random instantly by a random number generator:

18. For the chance to win an instant prize, the entrant must click on the digital game card link and then click the game panel on the digital game card to reveal on screen if they have won an instant prize, which must be completed by [11.59pm] and 22 February 2021.
19. If an Entrant’s digital game card indicates on screen that they have won an instant prize, they will be automatically directed to a prize claim redemption form which the winner must complete and submit to claim their prize.
20. If the winner does not complete the form correctly, including but not limited to, providing shoe size and address, the entrant’s redemption is deemed invalid and is therefore null and void and the prize will return to the pool of instant prizes.
Chance to win $150,000
21. For completing the steps in clause 7.a, entrants will also receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw for the chance to participate in a contingency game for the chance to win AU$150,000, or a consolation prize of AU$15,000 (“contingency game”).
22. The draw for all entries and draws will take place at Loyalty, 8/8 Trawalla Avenue, Toorak VIC 3142 on Wednesday 24 February 2021 at 12:00PM AEST, in the presence of an independent scrutineer (“Game Draw”). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published at
www.blundstone.com.au/back-to-work from 26 February 2021.
23. The first valid entry drawn will win that entrant (the “Participant”) the opportunity to play a contingency game (the “Game”) for the chance to win AU$150,000. The Game will take place at 12.00pm at Loyalty Office 8/8 Trawalla Avenue, Toorak, 3142 on Wednesday 3 March 2021.
24. The draw will be done via Zoom in the presence of an authorised lawyer from the insurance company
25. The drawn Participant must respond to the winner notification (and validate their entry) no later than 5:00PM AEST on 1 March 2021 in order to attend the Game. 26. There will be one hundred and fifty (150) numbered envelopes on display at the start of the Game. One (1) envelope will contain a promotional message representing AU$150,000 (“Major Prize”). The other one hundred and forty nine (149) envelopes will each contain a promotional message representing AU$15,000 (“Consolation Prize”). The Participant/proxy/representative (“Attendee”) must choose only one (1) envelope without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects the envelope containing the promotional message representing the Major Prize, then, subject to verification by

the judges, the drawn Participant will win AU$150,000. If the Attendee selects an envelope containing a promotional message representing a Consolation Prize, then the Major Prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win a Consolation Prize of $15,000.
27. The drawn Participant’s odds of winning the Major Prize are 1 in 150. The odds of being drawn as a Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn Participant winning the Major Prize and will depend upon the number of entries received.
28. Cash prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque.
29. A draw for the prizes won, if unclaimed, may take place on Monday 24 May 2021 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published

For the removal of doubt, in the event of an unclaimed prize draw, the Game will still take place on Monday 24 May 2021 at 12.00pm at Loyalty Office 8/8 Trawalla Avenue, Toorak, 3142, however a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant’s behalf, and the drawn unclaimed prize draw winner will win the prize determined as a result of the Game.
General Terms and Conditions
30. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
31. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
32. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid, including the store number. If the wrong store number is entered the entry will be deemed invalid.
33. The names of all prize winners may be published on the website

34. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
35. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
36. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
37. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
38. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
39. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
40. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
41. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.

42. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
43. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of/taking of a prize.
44. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
https://www.blundstone.com.au/website-privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia and New Zealand.
45. Entrants must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this Promotion or the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate using their name and image in promotional material. Without limitation, entrants consent to being broadcast, filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded without compensation while participating in this Promotion and taking the Prize and they consent to the Promoter repeating any such broadcast, film or other recording at any time.
46. As a condition of entering this Promotion, each Entrant consents to, in the event they are the winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
47. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
