COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
APRIL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS GIVEAWAY - SPEND TO WIN COMPETITION
Competition Period – Monday 29 March 2021 to Sunday 11 April 2021
Spend $30 or more at any participating specialty store or $50 at IGA or Coles to go in the draw to win in this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only one entry form for every $30 or more spent at any specialty store or $50 at IGA or Coles placed in the competition barrel with the receipt attached. Winners will need to provide proof of receipt upon collection of prizes.
Closing date for the competition is Sunday 11 April 2021 at 5pm. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
Prizes are as follows:
1st Prize
$200 Rottnest Express Gift voucher
$100 Discovery Parks Gift Voucher (can be used at Pinky’s Beach Club or other venue of choice under Discovery Parks)
Total prize valued at $300.
2nd Prize
3x $50 Waterford Plaza gift voucher
Winners do not need to be present. Winners will be drawn from the entry barrel at random.
Prizes are as is and can not be exchanged for cash.

Waterford Plaza competitions are open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Midpoint Holdings Pty Ltd, Lease Equity, Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre Retailers and their immediate family, or anyone else otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes are as stated. No other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
