The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Promotion commences on 15/03/2021 at 5:00pm AEDT and closes on 16/04/2021 at 11:59pm AEDT ("Promotional Period").

The winner will be selected by the promoter on 19/04/2021. Winner will be notified by an announcement post on Pacific Furniture & Bedding’s Facebook Page and by email at 5pm AEDT on 19/04/2021.
There is 1 prize in total. The prize consists of a TWO Raffles Chairs, valued at RRP $698.00 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Delivery fees must be paid by the competition winner prior to shipment. Store pick-up available at no extra cost (Pacific Furniture & Bedding has 13 stores in Australia).
The prize must be claimed within 3 months of winning. Unclaimed prize thereafter will be made use of as the promoter sees fit.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
