General Terms and Conditions for Promotions
6. This promotion is free to enter.
7. Entries are valid if they meet all the entry requirements as outlined in individual promotion entry terms
and conditions.
8. If the ‘How To’ entry procedures are not followed, the entry will be considered null and void.
9. Promotions are open to anyone in New South Wales (Photo identification required as proof)
10. Winner must be over the age of 18.
11. When accepting the prize, photo identification of the winner must be provided.
12. Winner is to select the person/’friend’ that they want to share the prize with.
13. Winner & selected ‘friend’ to agree for their VIP fashion experience to be videoed by Narellan
Town Centre and shared on our website and social platforms.
14. Date of the experience to be agreed between Narellan Town Centre & the winner & their ‘friend’
for a date not later than 30 July.
15. VIP experience to take place on a single day, with the winner and their ‘friend’ to share the
experience together.
16. Employees of Narellan Town Centre (Dart West Retail Pty Ltd) or their spouses* who have
been associated with the centre for any time since the commencement of the promotion,
are not eligible to enter.
17. Staff working in retail stores in Narellan Town Centre are eligible to enter promotions.
18. Contractors of Narellan Town Centre are eligible to enter the promotion.
*Spouse - Definition of word ‘spouse’ in relation to promotions conducted by Narellan Town Centre –
known couple, whether by marriage or defacto relationship, living under the same roof at any time
during the promotion.

Draw location and determination of winners
19. The winner will be selected at random at 5pm on Friday 16 July 2021.
Notification of Winners
20. Winners of any Narellan Town Centre promotion will be notified via email or phone at 5pm
Friday 16 July 2021.
21. Winner will also be announced on the closing page of the website.
22. Winners will be required to visit Narellan Town Centre, Centre Management Office, to collect
their prize.
Other Terms & conditions
23. In the event that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions either make no provision
or are unclear, the Promoter will make a decision. Subject to any regulator involvement and direction
to the contrary, this decision will be final and binding.
24. By entering and/or participating in any Narellan Town Centre promotions, each eligible participant
agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and any other promotion specific conditions.
25. The promoter will terminate, modify or suspend and promotions in accordance with any written
direction received by regulatory authorities authorized to do so.
Scrutineer
No scrutineer is required for any promotion.
Record keeping

www.narellantowncentre.com.au/win27. A prize register will be maintained & kept for at least 12 months after the expiration of the permit.
