TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions are applicable to the Procal Dairies x Fresko Gelato Instagram competition (“the competition”).
2. Entries for the competition open at 1.25pm (AEST), Tuesday 4th May, 2021.
3. Entries for the competition close at 12.00pm (AEST), Friday 7th May, 2021.
4. The competition is managed directly by Procal Dairies and Fresko Gelato.
5. To enter the competition you must meet the following conditions:
Entrants must follow Procal Dairies’ Instagram or Facebook page (@procaldairies) and Fresko Gelato’s Instagram or Facebook page (@freskogelatohousemelbourne).
Entrant must ‘like’ the Procal Dairies x Fresko Gelato Mother’s Day Instagram or Facebook competition post on either the @procaldairies or @freskogelatohousemelbourne Instagram or Facebook accounts.
Entrant must write in a comment under the competition post why their Mum is so special to them.
Entrant must be aged 18 years and over and not be an employee/family member of Procal Dairies, Fresko Gelato, or anyone associated with Procal Dairies or Fresko Gelato.
Entrants must reside in metro Melbourne, Australia
6. The prize consists of:
1 x Fresko Ferrero Choc Ganache Glazed Gelato Cake
1 x Fresko Gelato & Waffle Gift Voucher valued at $25
The total prize is valued at $100.00 AUD.
Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If for any reason the agreed prize is not available, a product of equal or greater value will be provided. The winner will be selected at random on Friday, 7th May 2021 by a Procal Dairies representative.
7. The Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook once the competition closes. The Winner will be required to supply their full name, email address and contact phone number.
8. The winner must come to collect their prize between Friday 7th – Saturday 8th May 2021 from Fresko Gelato & Waffle House, Located on Highett Rd, next door to Hunky Dory, outside Shopping Centre, Shop 10, 284 Highett Rd, Highett VIC 3190.
9. If the winner does not respond to the notification message within 10 hours, a secondary winner will be chosen and notified.
10. This competition is being conducted by Procal Dairies, 6/183 – 187 Northbourne Road, Campbellfield, Victoria, 3061.
