How are instant win prize/s awarded?
There are 50 instant win prizes to be awarded based on pre-determined times during the Competition Period, selected by a computerised random system at Immediate, 111/87 Gladstone Street, South Melbourne VIC 3206.
Winner/s will get a return online message acknowledging their entry and informing them if they have provisionally won a prize and if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize.
What can I win?
There are 50 prizes available.
Each prize is a year’s supply of CADBURY DAIRY MILK milk chocolate (to share with your family) in the form of a 10KG block, valued at $210.
The calculation of a year's supply of CADBURY DAIRY MILK milk chocolate is based on the Australian average of chocolate consumption for a family (2.5 people).
Total prize pool
The total prize pool is up to $10,500.
How many times can I enter?
There is a limit of four entries per household and a limit of one entry per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
All winners will be verified within two business days of entry and will receive an email with details on how to claim their prize.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries.
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Unclaimed prize determination: 11am (AEST) on 01/09/2021 at the same location as the original prize determination.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the end of the Competition Period or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s. Any winner/s will be informed in writing by email within two days of determination.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 24/09/2021.
