Competition opens 12:30pm AEST, Monday, 7 June 2021 and closes 11:59pm AEST, Friday 11 June 2021 (“the Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Supanova Pop Culture Industries Pty LTD and associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are ineligible to enter.
There are twelve (12) Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate Game Codes to giveaway, each of which include the base game, Aftermath Expansion, Kombat Pack 1 and Kombat Pack 2.
a) Three (3) Game Codes per console/platform type, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, XBOX and Steam.
b) PlayStation 4 winners will receive two (2) Game Codes, making up the entire MKU offering.
i) Total prize pool is valued at $1,688.00.
ii) Prizes are not transferable for cash.
iii) Terms & Conditions may apply to Game Codes, use of products, etc.
iv) Game Codes are one-time use only and once redeemed, cannot be replaced. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the status of Game Codes once winners’ details have been passed onto the distributor.
This promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period and include an answer in 25 words or less to “if you could have any power from Mortal Kombat, what would it be and why?”, first and last names, age, a valid email address, valid postal address, preferred city and phone number.
One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.
Winners will be selected after 9:00am AEST Monday, 14 June 2021 and notified through the email address provided.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
The judges’ decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners’ entry details, including name and postal address may be given to the distributor and/or their agencies to facilitate prize dispatch.
Supanova Pop Culture Industries Pty LTD accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, including inability to redeem the Game Code, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter and distributor.
The prize is subject to any console/platform restrictions, including applicable age restrictions and online play Terms and Conditions.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f) use of a prize.
