KIX COUNTRY & GROUNDWATER COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL ARE LOOKING FOR THE NEXT BIG COUNTRY STAR TO OPEN THE BACK ROAD STAGE ON SURF PARADE AT GROUNDWATER COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL ON THE GOLD COAST THIS NOVEMBER.
Show us what you've got by uploading your audition video (you must perform an original song) to YouTube and share the URL link with us to be in the running.
We’ll be looking for a stellar presentation of your Country-inspired song and your performance abilities.
Not only will the winning entrant open The Back Road stage at this year's Groundwater festival at Broadbeach in November, they’ll also receive return flights, accommodation and transfers for two.
The Groundwater KIX-Start contest will launch your career, with judges looking for a great performance, vocal ability, your creativity and overall appeal.

Each Monday evening for five weeks at 7pm EST on ‘KIX Live’ (on Facebook Live), we’ll be showing two of the best Groundwater’s KIX-Start auditions sent in, and from those ten best Country presentations, our panel of three judges will select the winning performance.
