Information on prizes and how to enter the Paradox v60 Coffee Brew Kit Giveaway forms these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read and accept the stated Terms & Conditions of Entry.
This competition is open to Australian residents 16 years and older.
.The competition will commence on Monday 15th November 2021 at 12:00am AEST and close on Sunday 30th January 2022 at 11:59pm AEST.
Entry to this competition is open to Australian residents only. Entry excludes employees and their immediate families of Paradox Coffee Roasters and related companies.
Entrants agree that entry to the competition includes being added to Paradox Coffee Roasters’ and associated email list and database.

There are 8 prizes to be won each valued at AUD $200. Total prize pool is valued at AUD $1600.
The weekly draws will take place at Paradox Coffee Roasters, 3/167 Prospect Highway, Seven Hills, NSW, 2145 at 03:00 pm AEST on the dates outlined below by random selection. Non-winning entries in each weekly draw will be entered into any subsequent weekly draw/s.

Each winner will be drawn at 3/167 Prospect Highway, Seven Hills NSW 2143 and contacted within via the email address provided.
If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the next business day.
If the winner does not wish to accept the prize or cannot be contacted within the first 48 hrs of drawing the prize, the prize will be re-drawn.
Winner(s) will have 3 months from competition draw to provide their address details to claim their prize.
The judges’ decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
Single Origin coffee varieties may vary from image.
Paradox Coffee Roasters reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable.
No entry fee is charged by the Paradox Coffee Roasters to enter the Promotion.
If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by Paradox Coffee Roasters, then the prize or that element of that prize will be forfeited.
The prize winner(s) agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
Paradox Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of prize from the date the winner(s) are drawn. Prizes will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winner(s). Paradox Coffee Roasters and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically.
Paradox Coffee Roasters reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
