7. All customers who have purchased a valid De’Longhi Small Kitchen or Comfort Appliance are eligible
to register their product and enter the draw to win.
8. To enter, individuals must purchase a Participating De’Longhi Coffee, Small Kitchen Appliance or
Comfort Product (Product) and register their product at
https://www.delonghi.com/enau/register/register via the online product registration form with the required personal information
(including but not limited to purchase date, title, first name, last name, email address, postal address,
and postcode) and product purchase details (uploading a legible copy of their full purchase receipt,
with a zero balance outstanding). The form must be submitted fully so it is received within the
promotional period. Purchases from any Australian retailer, including online stores and reward
programs, are eligible to enter.
9. Where a Participant must have purchased a valid De’Longhi Coffee, Small Kitchen Appliance or
Comfort Product (product) model:
(a) that product must have been purchased from a Participating Reseller as defined by the Promoter;
(b) the product must have been paid for in full by the Participant within the Promotional Period in
which the Participant is applying for the promotion (c) the Participant may only make one promotion
application in respect of that product; and (d) the Participant must immediately return any
promotion they receive in connection with that product to the Promoter if they return the product
for a refund or credit. Additionally, the Promoter is not responsible for any person or store which
misrepresents itself as an Authorised Reseller or incorrectly claims that promotions are available in
respect of a product where no such promotions are available. Any purchase from a person incorrectly
or fraudulently claiming to be an Authorised Reseller will not qualify a Participant to apply for a
promotion. Additionally, any corporate order made through the Promoter or other channels will not
qualify a Participant to apply for a promotion. Purchases must be made within the Promotional
Period.
10. Multiple claims/entries are permitted, subject to the following: a. only one (1) claim/entry permitted

claim/entry requirements. c. limit of one (1) Prize awarded per eligible claimant. The Promoter’s
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Participants who are eligible to apply for the promotion will only enter that promotion if they fulfil
each of the promotion Criteria for that promotion, including by applying for that promotion within
the time period required by the Promotional Website and in the manner required by the Promotional
Website and these terms and conditions. Any application for a promotion that fails to meet these
requirements will be deemed invalid. Applications will also be deemed invalid if they are incomplete,
incorrect or incomprehensible, or if they are stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
12. The Promoter may decline any invalid application, although it reserves the right (in its discretion) to
contact (or attempt to contact) the relevant Participant to attempt to resolve any issues with an
invalid application that are capable of resolution. If, following contact with the relevant Participant,
such issues are resolved by the relevant Participant to the satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter
may accept the updated application as a valid application.
13. Where a Participant's application for a Prize is successful, the Promoter will make every effort to
dispatch that prize up to 4 weeks from the date of validation.
14. Promotion applications will be deemed to have been made at the time of their receipt by the
Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Participants may only apply for promotions in their
own name and using their own personal details, and may only provide their own address and account
details in their application. Additionally, a person must not apply for a promotion to which another
person is entitled, whether on their behalf or otherwise. The Promoter takes the issue of fraud very
seriously, and reserves the right to deem invalid and report to the police and/or other appropriate
authorities any applications for promotions which it suspects to be fraudulent or otherwise
unlawful. The use of automatic software or similar devices to apply for promotions or enter details
into the Promotional Website is prohibited.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of applications and Participants
(including a Participant's identity, age, place of residence, address and proof of purchase). Proof of
identity, age, residency, address or account details and purchase considered suitable for verification
is at the discretion of the Promoter.
16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to
believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other
improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The
Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are
reserved.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate
or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
18. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize(s) to successful Participant(s). Any part
of any Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited. Any taxes which may be payable as a
consequence of a Participant receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
19. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion, may substitute that
Prize with a Prize of equal value and/or specification.
20. Each Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
21. This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at De’Longhi Australia PTY LTD, Nexus Park, Unit
3, 43 Lyn Parade, Prestons, NSW, 2170, Australia on the following dates and times. The Promoter
may select additional reserve winners and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible
entrant is selected. The Winner(s) will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw

24. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any
written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
25. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or
an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of
the prize) will be forfeited.
26. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

28. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash unless otherwise specified.
29. If prizes are unclaimed, reserve entry winners will be notified in writing and their name will be

30. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they
are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited

regularly check the Promotional Website for any updates. By applying for a Prize or entering details
into the Promotional Website, Participants are deemed to have accepted the version of these terms
and conditions that applies at that time.
33. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network
congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to
participation in this Promotion and problems with transmission of entries and / or emails over the
internet, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
34. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in
connection with this Promotion or as a result of accepting the Prize, except for any liability which
